WOW! We stumbled upon this place and couldn’t have been a better end to our night. The flavors are so unique and go so well together. The toasted rice ice cream was 10/10! Shantel was incredibly warm and made the experience even better. Love this place.

Delicious selection of flavors and the staff scooping made the tiny shop feel like the warmest feel good spot in the East Village. After a round of encouraged sampling, I settled on the ube coffee swirl, adding mochi topping and black sesame drizzle.

My bf and I had the best experience at Noona's because of Shantel. She went out of her way to grab us extra flavors past closing hours. Despite it being the end of the day, she wanted to ensure we had a fantastic experience -- it made our night! We will definitely be coming back. Also the ice cream's pretty good too lol
