I was in a party of 7 on a Saturday night, and although my friend had made a reservation, we waited for 30 minutes. While the food was delicious, the service left a lot to be desired. My order was apparently forgotten so I wound up waiting for well over half an hour before the anchovy pasta dish arrived. Fortunately, I was full from the appetizers that my friends and I shared!

Unassuming restaurant not far from the theater district serving excellent pizzas and traditional Italian pasta.

Everything was great at Norma! Our food and drinks were tasty! There were so many other food options, I can’t wait to go back! We went for an early dinner at 5 and when we walked out, we saw the line people were mentioning!

Best pizza ever! Amazing find and the weather meant we could sit out and watch the world go by.

Excellent place for dinner! Wasn’t too fancy, but authentic service and excellent food. Would highly recommend.

It’s a standing queue that is worth waiting. I‘ve been here 3 times. All 3 times have to wait in line. The restaurant is full of many people. The taste of delicious food, the service is right. Like it and excellent service. If you have to date or want to sit down and eat comfortably, this restaurant is another one that I recommend.

Fritto mitso was not salted. Noodles in the pasta Alla Norma were not cooked enough and definitely not fresh.

Always a great meal

Our pizza was phenomenal—rich, authentic, and deeply flavorful. The Norma pasta, however, was a bit too salty for our taste, which we were told was due to the sheep cheese. I’d recommend trying something else instead. Aside from that, everything else was an absolute delight.

delightful restaurant not too far from the theatre district. Our friends are pizza fans and loved the pizza. Would come again. We didn't get drinks so the price was not so expensive.

Great place indeed. Food is amazing, service is friendly and very professional. A gem, a real italian restaurant at Hell’s Kitchen, you should try it.

Sicilian food and wine. Fun place, nice atmosphere (really loud of course). You can go for multiple small plates or entrees. Delicious! And reasonable prices for NYC

About 15 minutes walk from Times square, this busy little restaurant was a find. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. Definitely one to visit
