Food is great, place is loud and doesn't have enough staff. Saturday night has more bar vibe than restaurant.

They only had one server and the bartender had to help as it was very busy. I would give the food a 3 out of 5 starts rating.

Dinner and service were so bleh we ended up picking up a pizza pie to eat on the way home. Server didn't remember to put in part of our order because it would upset the kitchen staff to not put in everything at the same time. Server pretty much never checked in on us throughout dinner until I reminded her she never gave us our apps when I was paying the check. Both our dishes had zero flavor to it. The cocktail was good but this will be my last time coming here. Really a shame it used to be excellent.

Six of us enjoyed a delicious brunch on Sunday! Our server gave us a great table with extra room. He had a very upbeat personality and took great care of us. He got us our drinks quickly, food all came out together and any extras requests were handled right away! And the food was delicious.. I think we had five different entrees between us and everyone ate every bite! North Fork is adorable inside and has an easy, unpretentious feel. Loved it!

Brunch was sooooo good here! The baked eggs skillet is one of the best things I have ever had for breakfast!

Took Wifey here for a pre-Whitney dinner. Chill corner spot at Christopher & Bedford. Grabbed a window seat for people watching... The food was great (and well-presented); shared a cantaloupe, endive and goat cheese salad, the Tuna Escalope (lightly seared tuna over ginger, with wasabi-infused soy sauce), and Nonna's Sausage Fennel Pasta (Paccheri pasta with Italian Hot & Sweet Sausage, Fennel, crushed tomatoes and Burrata). The salad was so fresh; the tuna was light and delicious, and the pasta was “wow-level” good; so much flavor and the perfect amount of kick. Our server was awesome; easygoing, attentive and friendly. Good vibes all around. See ya' soon, North Fork...

I stumbled upon The North Fork on my way to see a stage play @ the Lucille Lortel Theatre across the street.

I arrived @ 6pm, and took a seat at the bar. There is a daily happy hour menu and I opted for an Old Fashion. The impressionable bartender said he was able to make a very good Old Fashion. He did his best, it was too sweet but he graciously topped off my glass to help remedy the sweetness.

It was a steamy day and I did not have much time or much of an appetite. I decided to try the Cantaloupe Endive Salad (w/o goat cheese). The salad was lite and refreshing with an interesting flavor profile.

The North Fork was a nice little reprieve for a cocktail while you escape the summer heat.
They offer a full menu with some interesting options that might be worth trying if you are not press for time, like I was. I honestly had my eye on the octopus.

Just A Note:

Happy Hour is offered everyday, including weekends, with $1.50 Oysters.

North Fork has a great vibe, our group of 5 all enjoyed our meals (different pasta dishes, burger, eggplant/burrata appetizer). Also, it's directly across the street from the theater where we were seeing a play. Definitely recommend!

Gen Z pretension. Way overpriced for North Fork. Bar maid never talked to me. Tuna tartare was mediocre. Swordfish - tiny piece - was excellent. They must be overdue on electric bill. Couldn't see my nose.

My wife and I enjoyed a nice meal and some drinks before a local show. Ambience and service were perfect for a relaxed time.

One of the best restaurants I have ever been too! The staff was absolutely amazing. When my mother didn't like her food they took it back recooked it and did not even charge her. Some of the best hospitality I have ever experienced in a restaurant. AMAZING 10/10 could talk about them for days!!

My wife loved the clams. She said top 5 in her life. It's a small place but a lot of fun. We had a great time and the food was excellent.
