A truly wonderful evening. The food was interesting, well-prepared and delicious. The service was gracious and attentive without being intrusive. The room is beautiful and cozy - but not too tightly packed. I'll definitely be back soon.

The server spilled clams all over me and ruined my new coat. It was my first time wearing it. He said sorry. The olive oil and clam smell cannot be removed and the coat cannot be washed. Dry cleaners told me the olive oil cannot be removed. My daughter saw him drinking at the bar and he was bumping into tables and chairs. I used to wait tables, I understand accidents happen but it seems that he was drinking on the job and I saved a long time to buy this coat. I was very sad and disappointed. I've been dinning here for about 10 years and every time it's been amazing, this one was horrible and very costly. The coat is ruined.

The food was good. The calamari salad was the bet calamari we've ever had. Had to wait 35 minutes for our order to be taken. Had to keep asking for water because the waiters were so busy. They sat us next in a corner which we thought was lovely, but it turned out to be adjacent to the bar and there was a ton of banging so we couldn't really speak and it was quite uncomfortable. People were super nice though and the food was actually excellent.

The food here is excellent. The Lamb Chops and Steak were really good meat but each was overcooked. The calamari salad was delicious as were the desserts. I've been here multiple times and always enjoyed the meal. The food prices are reasonable given the quality and taste but a glass of wine is overpriced.

Usually all pastas r fabulous but the linquini with clams missed the mark. Lamb ragu was Devine. Salad a little too acidic. Cheesecake the best ever! Server was terrific!

Lovely cozy little spot with a great menu of Italian classics mixed in with some innovative options. Very classy elegant vibe. Can be a little difficult to get your waiter's attention when the place is packed but not a big deal and nothing that keeps me from coming back.

We had dinner here on Sept. 11, and from the minute we entered everything was perfect. The hostess greeted us very warmly and the waiter and waitstaff are incredibly attentive. Our waiter knew every special by memory, and there were many to choose from, and didn't skip a beat as he described every one of them to us. (it was difficult to choose after hearing them). The breadsticks are crisp and delicious and the bread was a nice tuscan slice, which I dipped in the olive oil on the table. If they have the black ink ravioli with lobster stuffing as a special, don't skip it, and you can have as appetizer or main course. For dinner I had the red Snapper with seafood sauce, which was excellent. My cousin has the veal milanese, which was also an excellent choice, very tender and delicious. They have a great wine list. For dessert, we shared a creme brulee, which was one of the best ever. This was probably one of the best meals I have ever eaten, and can't wait to go back. There were other diners in the restaurant, but the noise level is perfect for having a conversation and not being overheard or disrupted.

One of the best Italian restaurants in NYC. Great ambiance and food was cooked to perfection. Great place to have a relaxing meal with friends and family.

Picked this lovely restaurant on a whim (mostly good location) and was not disappointed!! There are many Italian restaurants in New York City, but this one was a standout at a good price point. The ambience was upscale and casual, the service extremely attentive, and the food prepared with attention to detail. Will definitely come again and use it as a go to when in the city !
