I return here again and again. It is my favorite spot to bring my "jaded" Native New Yorker friends to blow them away with the experience of walking into this room decor, which then sets off the fab views. For NYC, the prices are on-par with any high-end bars. I always order a Foggy Bottom cocktail, and the oysters which the presentation always sets the tone for the evening. The Labneh with salmon caviar is delicious and always a popular choice. Also for splurges would always choose the caviar, and of course Bellota (the melt in your mouth Jamon Iberico). I've also brought clients and we have rented the entire venue for birthday celebrations which were huge successes. The service is always EXCELLENT by both the service staff, and the amazing sales & management event staff. Cannot recommended them highly enough. A final note: another reason I return here so often with friends and clients over other spots is that I love the idea of supporting Jose Andres' high-end endeavors considering all he does for humanity with World Kitchen. Bravo!

It was a very good travel experience for me. Plan this in advance so that you will remember to pack a coat (for men) and heels (for ladies). There is a dress code requirement. It is expected since the bar is located inside the luxury hotel, The Ritz-Carlton.

Exclusive room located on the rooftop of the Ritz-Carlton hotel, once you enter the lobby, head to the third desk on the left where you can register your access upon viewing your identity documents. Take the elevator to the top to enjoy the best sunset seen during my time in the City (and I've seen some from Empire, SUMMIT and Edge). Cost of cocktails obviously prohibitive, but you also pay and above all the experience.

We were very impressed with the ambiance, service and cocktails at Nubeluz. Our server Elizabeth was very helpful, kind and made great recommendations for us. She also helped us get a reservation downstairs because we were really hungry and their menu only offers small bites and appetizers. My girlfriend’s favorite drink was the Matcharita, and for the record, it ended up being my favorite as well. Initially, I was hesitant because it contains dairy but it is a clarified cocktail, it was light, a little sweet and had a very prevalent flavor of Matcha! Very unique and very good. The oysters, tuna roll and grilled cheese were also very good! Loved the presentation of the oysters with the dry ice. We would definitely recommend going here for incredible views and incredible cocktails! One side note though, we previously mentioned, not a very hearty selection one the food menu, so we recommend going after dinner. I also recommend making a reservation in advanced as we visited on a Monday and they were pretty busy, there was no space at the bar either.

Elevated on the 50th floor of the Ritz-Carlton, Nubeluz offers luxury, city lights, and a subtle reminder that NYC’s hottest spots don’t always come easy—or at all.
Cocktails are Artful, refined, and worth every penny. Their cocktails are a masterclass in mixology, with creative takes on classics and flavors that linger as long as the views. Bonus: the espresso martini here could convert even a tea drinker. ☕✨

The Vibes:
Chic and cosmopolitan, dripping in glamour. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the city like art, making every angle Instagram gold. You’ll feel like a star...if you can actually get in.

The Catch:
Hard to RSVP. Like, did Beyoncé book out the entire month? Pro tip: keep refreshing OpenTable or pray for a miracle. Once you’re in, it’s worth the frustration.

Nubeluz is a sky-high gem where cocktails meet couture, but snagging a reservation is harder than finding parking in NYC. If you can crack the code, you’re in for a dazzling night.

They were so rude, we spent over 100$ there and as soon as we finished our drink and food they wanted us to leave. We could not sit there and enjoy our evening and the drinks. I won’t be going there again. I have never experienced this behaviour

Amazing decor, beautiful views, great service… the food was a bit disappointing. Sunset is the best time to go.

Hi would not recommend this place, the service was the worst I have ever experienced. We paid more than 100$ and as soon as we finished our drink they wanted us out. We were not allowed to sit there and enjoy our evening and the drinks. I have never experienced this kind of rudeness from a place before

Views here are insane. Service is okay. I would still recommend just for the views and experience. On weekdays it is quieter if you prefer that, on weekends it is very busy and you may have to wait even up to 2 hours on the waitlist.

Beautiful place. Fabulous cocktails/barman. Delicious bites. Terrible service. I've been there a few times and the waitress and hostess are sad/angry souls ranging from the -strict minimum- to the -couldn't care less- kind of attitude. Yes, that's the typical Manhattan attitude, but for The Ritz, it doesn't quite meet the high standards one would expect (neither is it the fake wood covering the walls of the elevators, terrible, major decoration faux pas).
