Drinks were okay. Sunset view was nice. Very busy, but we were able to sit at the bar within a few minutes without reservations at 5pm on a Friday. Took a while to get the bartender’s attention and he served two people before us. It’s nicely decorated but just good for one drink to say you went.

Nubeluz refused to do a vegetarian afternoon tea, which is unlike any other fine afternoon tea in NYC.
Would not recommend having a birthday here. I’ve been a frequent patron and have probably come here ten times in the past 6 months. I told them in advance that I was coming for a birthday and would be bringing a cake/candles. Day of, we had to ask multiples time for the cake to be brought out. We waited over 30 minutes from when I initially asked the cake to be brought out and rather than bringing out the cake with candles… they brought out the cake already sliced?? Service was an absolute train wreck. One of the staff even said tonight was a slow night so I don’t understand where the miscommunication could have been. Disappointingly will not be back.

Very disappointing experience. The staff denied us access to the rooftop, claiming it was because of our shoes, even though we were wearing high-end designer footwear (Christian Dior B23 and Céline boots). This behavior appeared clearly discriminatory. As the editor-in-chief of a well-known Parisian newspaper, I am particularly shocked by such conduct. I strongly believe this was an act of racism and will be filing a formal complaint. It is unacceptable that a New York venue would still engage in such behavior in 2025.

Atrocious. Waited 1 hour to then be held for 30 min for some stupidity basketball team to use the elevators. Then when we get up the whole wait is to be at a bar that full. No one said that it wasn’t waiting for a table. Then it’s packed and people are so low brow doing stupid insta shit everywhere

Disappointing visit with guests we had and wanted to spoil. It’s a great rooftop with wonderful view which is ruined by the rudeness of the hostess service and wait time for the table that we had reserved. (45 min) Cocktails were ok but overpriced compared to other locations in the city.
