10/10 I had a sample two weeks ago. Fw. It took me that long to remember the name and location. It was on our way to dinner. My 8 y/o remembered and I’m glad she did. The cookies are so so soft. I got my cookies. I also got a mini jar of strawberry marmalade. Let’s just say they’re my new go to bakery. The best part is their open 24 hours to give you exceptional service. Thank you so much.

I was in the restroom when an employee forcefully punched the door. After this incident, the employee tried to argue and refused to apologize. This behavior was very disrespectful to customers and seemed racist. The employee's unprofessional attitude made me think that the desserts might taste as bad as the service. I really don't want to buy anything from here!

Honestly, we went to New York and wanted dessert, so we came here. I love that it's open 24 hours and it looks like dessert paradise. The only things to critique are the taste and price. So we bought two things, the New York caramel cheesecake and the Nutella tart. The cheesecake was delicious, absolutely worth it. The Nutella tart however was the issue. Paying the equivalent of 10 Canadian dollars for this tart was disappointing. It tasted like chocolate cake stuffed into a tart base with a heavy layer of frosting on top. Actually, it only tasted like frosting, the overly sugary fake taste that you get for children's cupcakes. I love chocolate, but even I couldn't finish this because it was so bad. I had expected more from a fancy and expensive bakery. My advice, stick to buying the cheesecake and be wary of the items in the display.
