I almost never write reviews, but in this case I just had to. I brought my kids to this bakery hoping for a nice treat, but instead we were met with loud, inappropriate music full of curse words blasting through the speakers. The staff seemed more interested in the music than the customers, and the whole place was completely unorganized — the counter was messy, no one knew what they were doing, and customers were ignored. Honestly, I felt like I had walked into a club, not a bakery. I was so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving without buying anything. This is not a family-friendly place at all, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Two months ago, I came into this bakery and was helped by a lovely young lady who gave me excellent advice on cakes. She had such a kind smile and very pretty eyes, and she treated me with genuine care and respect — the kind of service that makes a customer feel valued. I even told her I’d be back to place a big order.
This week, I came in three different times because I have a big birthday party coming up and I was ready to order five 12-inch cakes and three dozen chocolate-covered strawberries. But she wasn’t there. When I asked the other employees about her, they acted annoyed, ignored my questions, and clearly didn’t want to help. Their attitude was so careless that I walked out without ordering anything.
I’m honestly angry and deeply disappointed. I had planned this order for weeks, and because of the rude, unhelpful staff, I now have to look elsewhere at the last minute. It’s unbelievable how one amazing employee could make this bakery feel so special, and how the rest can ruin it so completely. Where is that wonderful young lady who helped me before? Management should be ashamed of how badly this place has fallen without her.

This bakery has gone completely downhill in just a month. Not long ago, the staff were welcoming and the place felt warm and inviting. Now, the employees act uninterested and careless, the baked goods are lower quality, and the whole atmosphere feels unwelcoming. Clearly, management is failing to train their staff and keep up the standards that made this bakery good in the first place. It’s unbelievable how fast things have declined. What used to be a reliable spot has turned into a place I won’t waste my time or money on again.
The employees at this bakery are completely unprofessional and unhygienic. I watched staff handle food without gloves or care, and the work area looked messy and dirty. On top of that, they couldn’t even make a simple cup of coffee correctly — it tasted burnt and watered down. It’s clear there’s no proper training or standards here. Between the lack of cleanliness and the terrible service, this place is a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
So it’s my 20th birthday today, me and my friend just stopped by this place… and we had the best ever dubai cheesecake and caramel tres leche… and the guy who works here , Carlos and he suggested us these cakes and they were literally the best everrrr i had in my life….
