We have some pretty picky eaters in our family and they all could not stop raving about how good and fresh everything Chris prepared for them was. Wow! We just hosted a dinner party and Chef Chris knocked it out of the park with his food, cocktails and service. Everything was prepared fresh on site, and the food was truly delectable. The appetizers were creative and beautifully presented - I’m still dreaming about the crispy prosciutto bite he prepared! The entrees were perfectly cooked and so fresh. Chef Chris was wonderfully communicative and responsive leading up to the event. His professionalism, talented culinary skills and easygoing personality made the night so smooth and enjoyable for us and our guests. Plus our kitchen was sparkling afterwards! What a wonderful experience from start to finish ! Chef Chris is fun and engaging from the moment he walks in the door. He arrived with all the ingredients to cook from scratch a wonderful meal for our dinner party for 10 people and was able to graciously accommodate for a last minute additional guest. We are “foodies” and were excited to learn some techniques and watch him work his magic. He is good at reading the room and assessing what the crowd needs. I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris for my wedding weekend out in the east end, and from our initial communication through to the end of the celebration I was truly pleased and impressed. From the moment I first connected with Chris, who was referred to me by a close family friend for whom he has worked for many years, I knew I was in good hands. His attention to detail and easy, relaxed energy truly put me at ease while planning such an important occasion. The attention to detail that he put into crafting each of the menus was obvious from the outset, and before tasting a single creation of his I knew he would deliver. Needless to say he exceeded even my high expectations, serving up a superbly delicious, meticulously executed wedding celebration that left each of my guests blown away. From the initial phone call all the way through to the day of the event, Chris' professionalism and talent shined. He was able to pull together a menu that was truly perfect for our group, and he and his assistant/bartender executed with absolute perfection throughout the night. We ended up having a few more people than planned show up that night, but Chef Chris didn't miss a beat. He was able to pull off a bit of a miracle by making sure we had enough food to keep everyone happy. I'll gladly work with him again and would suggest you do as well. You won't regret it.

I took a chance on a caterer which is a daunting experience. Come to find, chef Chris & his team exceeded my highly critical expectations and impressed me with innovations on classic foods. His take on the mozzarella stick is genius and the meats were cooked to a perfect medium rare. I don't know how they do it but they do. & to sweeten the deal, when the bill came, it was lower than other comparable caterers. 5 stars!
