My partner has been talking about the Dosa man in NYC for a longggg time! We finally made a trip to NY and NY Dosas was our first stop. Waited in line for an hour and honestly it was so worth it. It was a beautiful sunny day in Washington square park when we went so it made waiting more enjoyable. Plenty of places to sit on the benches of the park.
