Accidentally gave me wrong sandwich and I did not notice until I had gotten home, and they delivered me a free sandwich that was actually what I ordered. Shows this deli really does care about their customers. Food is always good too. Great selection of beer and snacks as well.

This place have a lot of fresh food and the prices are affordable. The variety of candies I have never seen before in a deli or convince store speak volumes about the diversity very characteristics of NYC. The can make from smoothies to whey gain protein shake.

If I could give -1 I would I have this guys many chances Everytime service is worst. 32mins for a sandwich order 10 ppl come after me n left I’m still waiting. U know when an establishment feels they the only late night store so they do what they like high prices n stuck up service u have to keep going? Well no more these place needs a who check .

Great place great staff great prices for the neighbor being coming here for years one of the cleanest locations I have ever being in they have lot of variety of food hot food cold food salad bar juice and smoothies amazing sandwiches never disappointed thank you ny grill for being my go to deli
