The girl working in the store wouldn’t get off her phone the entire time. Not before I ordered while she was making it or as I was sitting there eating it. She was loud, disruptive. The açaí was mushy, soft to the point where it might as well just been a slushy.
I will never be back. The whole experience sucked.

I’m a huge huge fan of acai, so when I saw a place that has chia pudding mixed with acai bowls I was super excited. Every acai bowl I’ve ever consumed (store brought or frozen) contains granola, fruits, coconut flakes and honey. I assumed I would be getting that in my bowl so I didn’t mind the price of $17 - especially since my bowl had matcha chia pudding as well. When receiving the bowl, I only found straight acai and three pieces of strawberry. I was disappointed and wasn’t able to complete the bowl, the taste in my opinion wasn’t appetizing at all. Obviously taste varies from person to person, hence why I’m not bashing the company. BUT if you’re used to standard acai places like Baya bar or Playa bowl, you will not enjoy this place.

Have been twice as I live around the Corner - the acai is a terrible flavor (in my opinion) and taste unnatural, they also don't mix the ingredients? They just put whey protein in there as a layer which I guess looks good but form should definitely follow function when it comes to food.

Walked almost 25 minutes getting there 10 minutes before closing and when we get there they tell us that there is no more Acai because they are closing.

The açaí bowl was pretty good but the staff who were there lacked professionalism. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me and other customers. Staff need to be trained or hire new ones.
Two different instances now with two different staff members — I came into the store and both times the staff were on their phone and told me to wait before I could place my order. They continued to have their conversation on speakerphone before proceeding to take my order. Extremely unprofessional and quite frankly, unacceptable.

Basically a moneygrab. The bowls arent bowls. They're smoothies with toppings. The smoothies and bowls are indistinguisable and so are the prices. A smoothie should cost much less than a bowl but this place has no culinary integrity and charges you the same price. Inwas charges $14 for. Smoothie that wasnt even a large. Lmao. The whole place is clickbait and doesn't take itself seriously. A bowl is not a smoothie and vice versa.

Acai store. Has bar type of seating with outlets to charge your electronics. Pleasant cashier/server. Has some refreshments you could buy as well. No high chair seen, no restroom as well. See images for reference.

On the door it says open at 7:00 am M-Thursday. We showed up at 7:15 closed. We came back at 8:20 am and they were still not open. I called other oak berry’s at they were open. Maybe this is permanently closed.
