It was my first time dining at Oceana and everything was great, the restaurant week menu was a great value and the sercie kk f was excellent
Delicious food, good service. Particularly recommend the octopus starter and the crab cake. Although pricey, it's worth it.
We went to Oceana for my husband's 72nd birthday. Junno took care of us beautifully. We had a great family birthday dinner. It was my second time at Oceana and both times I have been impressed at the wonderful service the staff provides. They make you feel like a welcomed guest and not a customer.
Always outstanding. 3-course lunch was excellent: octopus, hake and a killer lemon sorbet chiffon dessert.
Oceana never disappoints! We come to NYC once a year and always include Oceana in our reservations. Major cudos to the risotto!
Absolutely loved my experience here! Took my husband for his birthday during Restaurant Week and we had an incredible 3 course meal with a wine pairing! Loved it, loved it, loved it.
We stopped by Oceana after catching a Broadway show and enjoyed a great start to our evening. We tried the crab cake and oysters Rockefeller—no complaints at all, but the crab cake was definitely the standout. It was flavorful, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful ambiance.
I've been to Oceana a few times before and they never disappoint. Everything from the hostess to the wait staff...from the appetizer through to the end of the meal and dessert deserves five stars! Truly outstanding! I will be back again!
This place makes any meal there special. What was meant to be a last minute lunch date became notable for the food and for the service. Bravo!!
I enjoyed raw oysters and fried calamari. The service was superb, the ambiance was great, not too loud. Pricey--but it was New York City!

Come here whenever we go to NYC and it never fails to shine. Lots of help and they have it down. Highly recommend
Service at this restaurant is top notch. The wait staff are attentive and friendly. The restaurant design is pleasant and relaxing and everyone had a nice time there. However, several members of my party, myself included, felt the food was fine but unremarkable. The skate, branzino and bluefin tuna burger were bland. The burger was a bit dry and the teriyaki aioli was undetectable. We did enjoy the tuna tartare's texture and spice (spicy, but not overwhelmingly so). Everyone also enjoyed the Meyer lemon parfait.
It was our first time! It was outstanding on all levels! I had foot surgery, so I'm on a mobility scooter. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to get me through the restaurant to our table. Just so sweet! The food was fabulous! My ricotta gnocchi was chef's kiss! My hubby's meal was also delicious! Our wine was on point and we loved the sommelier! We will be back!
Absolute perfection! Been saving to come here for months. The Dover sole was a dream come true. The roasted squash was one of the best things i ever ate. The bartender were so sweet and made me a drink based on what i like. 10/10 can't wait to come
Fabulous place to eat before/after a Broadway show or a perfirmance at Radio City (just a block away). Food is healthy fare (mostly fresh seafood) and is excellent. The service is pleasant and impeccable. Most of all, the restaurant is quiet and the seating is sufficiently spaced from other diners (significantly reduces noise levels) and is comfortable. The clientele is mostly local Rock Center business types, so noise is at a minimum. Oceana offers a three-course lunch for $39.50 which is very reasonable for midtown prices. A perfect spot for weary tourists to relax and be comfortable and well taken care of before/after a show. Plus, Oceana has an extensive bar area.
