As a tasting menu, the value is incredible. Food is presented well and everything tasted good enough. However, there are much better korean options even in the neighborhood, to say nothing of Ktown.
A good date spot, but not somewhere I'd go regularly. If you can get a table at Ariari nearby, go there instead.

The restaurant had 4.5 stars on Google, so my boyfriend and I were really excited and expected a decent amount of food since it was a four-course prix fixe meal. The food was delicious, but each course was literally a tablespoon sized portion. Don’t trust the photos they must’ve Photoshopped everything to look bigger, just like those NYC apartment listings. Unless you’re on Ozempic, I wouldn’t recommend this place. And even though it’s a Korean restaurant, they don’t serve any banchan (side dishes). Flavor wise, I’d give it 4 stars, but for portion size definitely 0 stars.

Very good food. The Hobak Jeon is one of the best I’ve had.

One of the best meals I’ve had in NYC in the last 10 years. Odre nails it—beautiful space, great service, and a prix fixe menu that’s creative, delicious, and honestly underpriced for the quality. Every dish felt thoughtful and memorable. I’m enjoying it while it’s still a bit under the radar—once word gets out, I can see the waits getting long. Probably not ideal for vegetarians or vegans, but if that’s not a concern, it’s a must-visit.

Odre is one of those rare restaurants that feels effortlessly perfect every time. Over the year since their opening, I’ve tried many of their seasonal menus, and each one is thoughtfully composed, consistently flavorful, and deeply satisfying. As a Korean, I can vouch that they’ve nailed a beautiful twist on traditional, home-style Korean cooking — preserving the essence and culture while elevating it with creativity. They always incorporate unique Korean ingredients that surprises me to see in New York! The service is attentive and genuinely warm, the portions are generous and definitely worth the price (which is so reasonable in NYC to begin with), and the atmosphere is calm, soothing, and inviting. It’s ideal for a date night, a dinner with friends, or a family gathering — every visit feels considered and special. I’ve tried every single of their amazing mocktails and most of their cocktails, and I can say that the beauty of their drink menu is truly such a cherry on top. Odre isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience, and it’s a true gem in the city!

High quality and great value. The food was fresh, well seasoned and plentiful. Bec provided great service with humor! Will be back to try the next seasons offering.

Solid new spot for Korean food - portion size is smaller given the set menu; didn't love the dessert with persimmon, wasn't bad, just didn't taste like what I expected

Great spot! Super yummy food, they were very accommodating to my strange array of dietary preferences, and our server was hilarious! Would absolutely return.
GO HERE! NYC HIDDEN GEM! You will find no better Prix Fix menu for the deal you get here. The flavors are wonderful. I hope you have as great of service as we did with Alex! He was AMAZING! So knowledgable, great suggestions and very personable. It is very seldom that you have such a high quality meal in such a relaxed environment! 5 STARS!

Tasting menu only, we got both the supplements (smoked pork belly & lobster noodles) but the portion sizes were small and not very filling.
Food was overall good, the smoked pork belly really stood out.
The tasting menu had creative dishes which we really enjoyed!

Food was decent but service was very slow. Staff were friendly but not attentive and had to keep flagging down staff to order and ask for the next course.

Celebrated our anniversary here, and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. One of our most memorable meals (and incredible value to boot). Can't wait to go back!

Really nice experience at ODRE. They don't rush you out or make you wait too long for food. We enjoyed the food a lot specially the chef curated bibimbap.
