This place is amazing!

I really enjoyed the pina colada and chocolate doughnut. Both were really good. The pina colada was by far my favourite. This place only has a few flavours sadly. They should expand! I would come back to try the other flavours like the matcha one. I loved the texture of the dough and how it was some sort of “chewy” like mochj is. It’s not a direct replica but it’s similar.

Hidden in the basement of Nordstrom, they have good donuts. They don’t taste too much like mochi donuts I’ve had before but are good. The staff member that was working was very nice! There’s seating close by so it’s a great place to stop by to get a drink or dessert and relax a bit after strolling around the store.

First, I have to say that the store clerk was very helpful and did her job well. I have no problem with her. The reason that I give one star for this mochi donut shop is because these mochi donuts are the worst that I have had in Manhattan. The flavor is too sweet, the texture is horribly soft, and they feel factory processed. The Westside is generally disappointing in supplying anything authentic, so I'm not surprised.

These donuts aren’t bad, but they taste nothing like mochi donuts. Seems more cakey like a standard donut.

These aren't like proper mochi doughnuts, they are more like bad cake doughnuts.

The actual store is not open and had a sign up asking us to the coffee shop next to it. There were very little flavor options, the monut on display seems like it has been sitting for a while.

made a long trek to come here earlier this year, ordered a matcha donut and the lemon strawberry. this was my first try of mochi donuts.after trying mochi donuts elsewhere, these were def my fave. not run of the mill mochi donuts - airier than the other ones !recommend coming here for them! the donuts are good.missing a star because it's not a standalone store, nested inside another, and they're not living up to their full potential by being inconvenient to get to, not maxing their yummy flavors, and not GOING FOR IT!! Oh Mochi, please move locations!! You guys are a hot commodity don't hide it in a Nordstrom!!!

The place is inside Nordstrom on the bottom floor. Not a wide selection but pretty good donuts.

There was only 4 flavors to choose from. The donuts have the mochi concept but very caky and moist.Key lime was great, as well as the Pina colada… The Expresso not a fan of.
