Great food. Excellent rice balls. Porterhouse cooked perfectly. Great creamed spinach. Garlic mashed were very good. Sidecar and old fashioned could have been a lot better. In fact the old fashioned really stunk. B-team bartender perhaps? Great place overall. Looking forward to next visit.

Going to the old Homestead for many years, never disappointed with their service and quality of food is always been outstanding. I disappointed when I go there with my friends and family and even on holidays were treated very well there 
Iconic restaurant which we visited for second time. Every aspect is fabulous. Food and service is spot on. We had tempura prawns and crab cocktail for appetisers. Centre cut sirloin for mains with the most beautiful sides of creamed spinach, garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli for sides. Can't imagine any restaurant can do it better.

Took advantage of the $95 summmer special. It's a great deal. The porterhouse was very good and an ample size for 2. The sides (creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes) and ceasar salad were all good as well. More than enough food for 2. The regular menu is much pricier, but this deal is a bargain for a great steakhouse porterhouse.
