I come to this location at least 4 times a week for coffee and assorted foods. I work nearby and my co workers also come. We are always greeted well and serviced efficiently. Everyone on the staff makes the experience…..worth repeating…..even when it’s crowded.

Absolutely delicious! The chocolate croissant was perfectly flaky on the outside with a rich, gooey chocolate center. Freshly baked and just the right amount of sweetness—definitely one of the best I've had. Highly recommend!

The pastries the sandwiches and coffee are very good. However, the service in the morning during the weekdays is very subpar. The staff typically has no sense of urgency whatsoever and it’s very disorganized on who is supposed to be helping who and where you’re supposed to pay.

Disappointing experience this morning at the Broadway branch. I clearly asked for a specific viennoiserie, but was handed something entirely different with no explanation or acknowledgment. When you’re paying premium prices, attention to detail and basic customer service should be a given. Definitely expected better.

Delicious food. Horrible ordering process. Everyone cuts the line and the employees don’t enforce the line at all. Change your line style if no one will use it. Then there were no tables bc of every table is full of people just sitting and talking.
