it’s not their fault, but walking in here is like being on an episode of white lotus, but instead of being entertained by the quirks of performative rich people, you’re just confronted with the blaring selfishness. i like the coffee, its strong and pastries are solid. i get leagues better customer service at the starbucks next door, if you’re going for luxury coffee shop then the service can match.

The chocolate social is amazing!!!! Different types of chocolate and high quality are in it. Thankfully they toast it up too it is soo good. I also had their cream puffs when they had over the summer which was amazing as well. The other baked good seem average but get the social!

Salads were good, bread was too hard and drinks were mid. Overpriced for quality of food.

I had the focaccia breakfast sandwich. The focaccia was not crispy or soft. It was kind of stale. The sandwich didn't have much flavor and they don't have any condiments so it was also very dry.

Strawberry Ice Matcha is amazing!
You should try the cardamom bun and I please make sure it's warmed up before it served to you.

Ooff, I’ve gone here a few times on NYC weekends, early mornings, before 8, and have inconsistent experiences. If I just ordered a single thing and it’s ready-made, it’s usually fine. Food tastes good though I do think it’s a bit overpriced.
Anything else, I haven’t had a great experience. Recently ordered a Ham and Cheese, chocolate croissant and a London Fog. Was given a regular instead of Chocolate croissant, and regular Earl grey tea instead of a LF. When I clarified I had ordered something different I was told that this is what their screen says. I asked if they could make it my order and they poured out half the tea and added milk. I clarified that wasn’t a LF - it also needed syrup, and she said that I could go back into the line to pay for syrup if I wanted to. I left.
So I dunno. The Ham and cheese tasted ok, but I wasn’t amazed. The plain croissant was kind of useless to me and the tea was half empty. I would say the service is seriously lacking organization and friendliness.

Very nice place with welcoming staff, great value for money, the coffees are very good, and the pastries are excellent.
For lunch, the sandwiches are excellent, especially the roast beef one.
Highly recommended place.
