We visited here at lunch time. Good food and atmosphere. Salad and breadsticks were really good add on. Staff was really nice and friendly.
I Really Really like Olive Garden but is the first time that we went there for Dinner and the line was ridiculous, just take a look and the place is big and see like 8 open tables but need to be clean , 3 people in the reception talking and not helping to clean those tables , finally we got our table but no waiter, where is the waiter? Where is everyone, where is the manager ? What happened with the customer service in Olive Garden, so many tables need to be clean in the entire place , so many people waiting for a table not enough people to serve , you need to do something ASAP because you are going to loose so many customers. Am not going back in this location so sorry :(
Our waiter Jabari was very attentive on hand we didn't have to wait for anything. The food was very filling & delicious. Thank you Olive Garden for a wonderful experience..
The waiters are really rude, and the servers served clients that came after me and never took my order, when I moved to the bar the bartender/server was also being rude and not giving me his undivided. I was better off going to wholefooods. I use to like coming here but this place has become my least favorite restaurant in NYC. Olive garden manager needs to train their employees better to serve the clients as if it weren't for us they wouldn't have a job. Be and do better.
Our family had dinner at this establishment this weekend. Everything from the service to the food just EVERYTHING was outstanding!!! Can't wait to go back on Valentine's day ??
I truly think this is the best Olive Garden in our area. The Bay Plaza one in The Bronx and Forest Hills one have surly servers and the food is not as good as this one. The Times Square one is a weird experience. You are only a number and it feels that way. The Harlem location is by far and away the best of the four I have been to in the City
Eating at the bar gave me fast friendly service. And the munch menus was absolutely perfect even for the price. Most definitely will be eating here again. Thank you Olive Garden
Great food. One of my favorite restaurants to dine at. The service is good, food is good (again), price is a bit up there, but it's worth it.
We came about 40 minutes before closing, but the service was still swift and polite. The serving sizes were substantial relative to the pricing, and the salad and bread sticks were good (though the bread sticks weren't as good as they were upstate). It was overall a very good experience, and I would definitely go here again!
The food is fresh and tasty! This particular location is perfect. The servers are welcoming and accommodating. I'll keep coming back!

I was there over 25 minutes before the same gentleman that sat me took my order after he asked if my server came to see me I waited for soup salad and bread sticks longer than the woman who was seated 20 mins after me and she ordered more food! Than I waited for someone to come and give me the check and take my payment but no one ever came. I decided to pay with my card. But seone else would've just walked out. And my soup was NOT hot. Salad looked like it was from yesterday.
I went to this Olive Garden the weekend of Thanksgiving, on a Sunday. My daughter and I were there as soon as the gates opened. There was a manager, blond, curly hair, light skin, heavy weight, who was super unfriendly. She was the first person we saw as soon as we walked in. She rolled her eyes as soon as she seen us, then told us to wait a fee minutes. She didn't say good morning. I went back to this same Olive Garden this past Friday, and had a wonderful waitress, I didn't get her name, but she was awesome. It's so disappointing when your spending money at an establishment, and the staff treats you rudely.
The customer service is great so far and the food personally, I enjoy better then Applebee's and the prices are reasonable for a family on a budget. They are quick to resolve issues. I appreciate the service
The food was very delicious and succulent. The new dish I ordered was just a little bit salty but I had a glass of water next to me so I was OK. The drink was very good. I would definitely order the blue drink(I forgot the name) again. The waitress named Lucy was excellent, great, informative, and very friendly. Even though I would give my total rating for 4 stars because my dish was a little salty to me, Lucy's customer service was awesome, so I am giving 5 stars. I will definitely come back to this location.
Good restaurant. I went with my daughter and family for her birthday not knowing what I was getting into. I ordered some beef with pasta and I only ate the meat. The waitress noticed I didn't eat the food and asked me if everything was ok. I told her I didn't fully understand what I was getting so I decided to just eat the meat that was there. She didn't care that I ate some of the food , she got the charge for that plate taken off and apologized for any inconvenience. Crazy thing is , I wasn't expecting any charge off or anything. I just chalked it up as a loss because of my ignorance. Will I go back there? No, and that's only because their menu isn't for me I'm a hamburger and onion rings kind of guy. But that kind of customer service is out of this world. I wish I would have reviewed this place earlier because I don't remember the waitress name but you know who you are so thank you for everything. Also, don't play the games on the mini kiosk at your table. You will be charged a small fee.
