chicken and broccoli was basically a soupy mess of chicken, oil, and overcooked broccoli—absolutely disgusting. The young chow fried rice was cold, which isn’t surprising since it took them all of one minute to slap the order together. I’m never ordering from this place again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Not happy delivery was 45 minutes the person to take the order was very confused and we had to start over the first estimate was $125 after we asked him to start over and repeated our order he gave us an order of $65 we specifically ask for the lunch menu .. this is a chain restaurant I think you’re better finding your neighborhood local places

I have to have ordered from this place a dozen times. I always bring them my business. Today a delivery person from this restaurant refused to leave my apartment building--standing at my door and yelling while I was home alone--until I provided a cash tip. I paid/tipped over their site. The restaurant then called me insisting he needed cash. I hope it was enough. It'll be the last money of mine you ever get.
It is all the more infuriating that the business's response below is to pretend they didn't get a tip. Even if they hadn't, they are not entitled to a dime more than they charge. Tips are offered by customers who received good service, not demanded by staff, and after that interaction I genuinely wish I hadn't left one. To call a customer to harangue them for money you are not owed (not to mention money you've already been paid!) is truly the lowest of the low.
If you order from this place, be prepared for them to hold your food hostage with their hand out.

I had placed an order via uber eats at 9:15pm. The food was supposed to be delivered by 10pm. Then delayed several times. I was pretty disappointed and frustrated that they would wait this long to cancel, almost 2 hours. I chatted with Uber and their call center in India did not care. So I wish I could have provided a food review, but instead it is about service and the lack of courtesy. You can do better. Delays are acceptable but not after waiting almost two hours and this late at night.

Our go to place for lunch, dinner, when we have lots of company, as well as for take out- parties. Food is always yummy and a crowd pleaser. Everyone in my family have their own favorites. Moo Shu Pork with extra pancakes, chicken with eggplant and garlic sauce, as well as all the soups.
