I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a hero and the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way barely had any cheese. Never going back especially if you can’t make a proper sandwich.

I asked for a Pastrami Hero but needed help on what to put on it, hot or cold. The gentleman working to make my samdwich was extremely helpful in helping decide how to make it (haven't had one before) and the result was incredible.
Every time I come to NYC, I love the hospitality of these local shops. I could tell he cared about making a high quality sandwich that I would like and he succeeded.

Smelled really good and fresh once walking in , the two gentleman were very nice.my spouse and I ordered the titanic with roast beef. I was not aware it had another meat on it . I think it was capicola but it did not say that on the description on the menu . It was more soft and mushy texture although with that taken off it was a very good sammich . My spouse got the chopped cheese sandwich and was tasty . Tasted like what I would call a taco burger .

Tried a chopped cheese for the first time from here and it was very good and flavorful. Although i’m going through the reviews now and I think I got robbed cause I see some photos of chopped cheese sandwiches and they look a lot more fuller than the one I just got 😂
