Quaint little spot! We had reservations for omakase at 10 and it was well worth the wait :). From the sushi chefs to the manager to the other patrons, this was such a pleasant experience and I would come back for more! 15 pieces in 60 minutes, with each bite better than the one before - we left with happy bellies - come here if you get a chance!

Service was outstanding! The chef put a candle in the hand roll to sing HBD, and the wait stuff gave each member of our party a birthday shot of sake. Good quality fish and well paced. The toppings made some bites heavier than we would have liked, but the set probably changes seasonally. A steal for <$100 omakase (base price). Would recommend.

The omakase was delicious overall but because of the rush / fast pace, I wasn't able to enjoy it as much as I could have. We were going to keep ordering more pieces (we had already ordered two more) but were gently rushed out for the 1hr limit. Also, the truffle shaving on one of the pieces was generous but had no flavor.

If you’re visiting New York, this is a must-try spot! My husband and I visited this place today for our wedding anniversary, and we were completely satisfied with everything!
A big thank you to Omakase by Korami for the clean interior, warm atmosphere, and top-quality fresh sushi.
Here, you can enjoy 15 unique pieces of sushi, and especially experience the world’s top three delicacies served as luxurious toppings — truly unforgettable. Thank you to the chef who prepared each dish with such care and dedication during our time there.
The non-alcoholic drinks were also very delicious!
Thanks to the kind and attentive staff and the delicious food, we had such a happy and memorable day.
We’ll definitely be coming back again!

This was such a lovely experience. I came here with our family to celebrate our birthdays, and these folks deserve all the flowers. Shout-out to Chef Andy, who kept us entertained!

Recommended dishes: Fresh White Fish Nigiri
The fish quality was well below omakase standards. I could already tell from the tuna look that the fish was at least a couple of days old, the center was reddish and the outside brown and dry. The uni wasn’t fresh and probably frozen before. Going onto the dishes the toppings and the exaggerated portion of wasabi was covering all the fish. Half of the nigiri’s were smoked to cover probably the non-freshness of the fish. Caviar was tasteless. Rise was okay but nothing special. Service was good but the 15 courses were rushed in 45 minutes, no wonder they can handle 5 rounds. Overall would not suggest this place to anyone given that for 100+ dollars each you have plenty of choice in New York.

Fish definitely ruined by the pairings made with the toppings, too much wasabi used to stick the fish to the rice it covered all the flavor of the fish. Fish quality definitely low especially of the tuna. The service was definitely good and the chef was a nice guy as well but overall the food quality was mediocre, most of the toppings did not go well with the fish or either covered completely the flavor.

Fantastic omakase experience with declious bites.
Highly recommend if you are in the area.
Really yummy sushi spot, excellent service, and friendly chefs. Chef Andy and Kong helped me out. Chef Kong's knife skills are amazing. The yellowtail and King salmon with fois gras were my favorites. It is an absolute steal for NYC. One thing that always trips me out with the omakase places in NYC is that people eat sushi with their hands. Apparently it's a thing at nicer sushi places ... Though I've been to plenty more expensive places in LA and OC (and visited Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka) ... where I haven't seen this practice. Maybe it's the places I've been or ... Maybe New Yorkers are more with it and cooler than us uncultured Californians. Would totally recommend for cultured and uncultured alike ... Excellent omakase!
