Really nice Omakase, not over the top expensive but still top die for. Very nice staff behind and around the counter.

We had the perfect meal and overall great dining experience at the Omakase Shihou (Shiro) restaurant in Midtown. The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice and really reminds me of Omakase restaurants that I have visited when I was traveling in Tokyo on business. We had 19 courses and all of the ingredients were extremely fresh, tasty and excellently prepared right in front of us. The Omakase Chef was very skilled and each course was artistically assembled and perfectly seasoned. The chef did a fantastic job in explaining to us what each item was and where the seafood was sourced from. The evening was like having dinner and a show ! The service was excellent and all of the staff we encountered were friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back again soon.

My girlfriend and I have never had a more passionately curated, delectably tasting, experience of a dinner. We went for our anniversary and truly had a night to remember, everything from the intricate and beautiful preparation of each course to the simple yet perfect taste of even just the rice, everything was perfect. The fish, the drinks, the fresh wasabi, the staff. Words can't describe how wonderful of a dinner this was, the staff just radiate with passion and are a joy to talk to. Counting the days until we make it back, an absolute must try!!!

We had a problem with a lost phone in cab and having a child with us! Did not know about pre fix and they would not help us out at all just charged us the cancellation fee! Work with ppl

Had a belated birthday dinner here last night with my gal friends and it was everything I could’ve hoped for.

This was my first omakase experience! From the hot towel, to the ambiance and service, I felt cared for.

We each did the $65 omakase and it was more than enough food. The sushi was so fresh and creative.

My friends really enjoyed the sweeter sakes and next time I’ll be partaking in a glass myself. The Yuza sake is so delicious.

I will be back and highly recommend this place! Thanks for the hospitality.

We had the best birthday omakase experience. The chef was fantastic and super attentive. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

There are few times I’ve had sushi and thought it fit 3 different categories, great food, great ambiance and feel and at a very reasonable price. This place is it. We choose the premier omakase and added some extras so we were a little over $150 pp but we could have easily done it for less than $100. Unfortunately I have to fly back home because if not I would come here at least 2 times a month. Truly a great experience.

Such a fun omakase dinner! The chefs were not only incredibly skilled but also hilarious, making the entire experience as entertaining as it was delicious. The sushi rice was warm and perfectly seasoned, and each piece of fish melted in my mouth like butter. I especially loved the salmon and the super fatty tuna—both were absolute standouts. Honestly, I can’t think of a single piece I didn’t enjoy. Plus, for the quality you’re getting, this omakase is one of the best deals in town. Run, don’t walk, to check it out—you won’t regret it!
