Fantastic quality and vibe. Affordable omakase! Great place!

We really enjoyed our lunch omakase here! The fish was very fresh and the nigiri style was simple yet delicious. One omakase set gets you about 10 pieces and a handroll. We were still hungry after, so got a few more pieces. The chefs and staff are so friendly too. Definitely recommended.

Red Dragon Roll and Chicken Teriyaki bowl were great. Make sure to try a robata. Great atmosphere and service

My BFF looked this place up because I requested sushi for my bday and this place more than delivered. The food and service is TOP notch. Every server stopped by our table to make sure we were ok throughout the night. They even apologized about coming around so much. (Which was never a bother. They were just attentive!) The food was so delish and fresh and the drinks were simple yet perfect for the atmosphere. This may sound corny but OMOMO reminded this born and raised NYer what makes this city so great: the people and food....no matter where they are from. Thank you to the amazing staff for a great bday dinner experience and to the owner for the glasses of bday Rose´. I will be back....for sure!

We came here for the soft opening week in the beginning of February. Chef Charles is incredibly talented and brings a unique take on robata, sushi and Japanese dishes in general. We were delighted by the tasting menu and selection of nigiri - delicious meal from beginning to end as you can see in the photos. The service was also outstanding. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

What a treat! Great location as it’s close to my office, this place is awesome and it’s high quality affair with great pricing and great sushi!

We came during their soft opening in early February and ordered the omakase sushi for dinner. Chef Ogawa and his staff were super friendly and the sushi was SOOO good! My only critique is that it was not enough food for the price tag of $120. (To contrast, omakase at Morimoto is $180.) Usually, I walk out of omakase dining with a very full belly. I felt awkward when the chefs indicated that the omakase had ended but asked if I felt full. I think they would have given me more food, but felt put on the spot and uncomfortable asking for more food. I think there could have been 6-8 more sushi pieces included, easily, possibly more. But I would STILL go back to try their other menu items!!! Don’t miss!

5 week old restaurant in Midtown serving sushi and robata. Both are delicious choices with top notch ingredients. We chose to sit at the sushi bar. There are 3 chef choice options: (1) Kaiseki which includes sashimi, robata grill meats, tempura, warm and cold appetizer and dessert. (2) omakase - nigiri, specialty roll of your choice, cold and hot appetizer, dessert and (3) omakase - more pieces than #2. Options #1 and #2 are $80. #3 is $140.

We ate here just as they opened. They haven’t had their liquor license approved yet. But, we came for the food and we were not disappointed. Our favs were: Brussel sprouts, the tuna on crispy rice. The Baked salmon roll, and the Red dragon roll. This place has a great story behind its opening. A true start up chasing there dream! You can taste the passion within the food itself. Must check it out!
