We stopped by One and One as part of a nostalgic trip down memory lane as we used to come here often 15 years ago for a pint and a solid Irish breakfast. Unfortunately, our experience this time was beyond disappointing.

The place was nearly empty, but the service was still non-existent and the bartenders seemed more interested in gossiping and giggling with each other than actually serving the few customers there. We were overcharged for our appetizer + beers we did order ($3 extra per beer as a weekend fee even though it was Friday??? Extra $1 for the app? Blatant price gouging!).

Sadly, this spot is no longer what it once was. We won’t be returning. One and One is done.

Don't bother with this bar- there are much better places in alphabet city that actually clean their beer lines and serve legit Stella.

Stopped by for happy hour drinks which were okay. The bathrooms were just horrible. Much is needed with the bathroom up keep.

I didn't eat, and someone got my beverage for me, but the atmosphere was great!

This bar has been around for as long as I can remember. I went in on a Saturday evening and the crowd a few weeks ago is either a MUCH older crowd (and I’m saying that as a woman in her mid 40s) or just barely old enough to drink!! I sat at the bar and was served immediately. If I was in the area and needed a drink and had a few minutes to kill I will probably go back in, but I would not necessarily make my way there to hang out.

This place was great! Went in yesterday just to get a drink and they had a great dj! Played afrobeats, reggae, rap, r&b, Spanish, everything. Love a place with good music. Also ordered the coconut shrimp just for a light snack and it ended up being AMAZING. Hidden gem for sure, will definitely be going back!

Ordered a vodka soda that was so watered down that it tasted like pure seltzer. The bartender then tries to gaslight me saying maybe I’m just drunk and can’t tell. Despicable. Never again

Ordered 4 whiskey sodas, it was watered down. When I asked the bartender, she said sometimes people can’t tell if they’re drinking and gave me a look. Place was dead for a reason.

I love little corner pubs like this. Very typical Irish pub. Great wings, great atmosphere. The fish and chips seemed off. But maybe I'm not used to Dublin Style.

Ordered mozzarella sticks had to sent them back to be cooked more still lousy. Had a cheeseburger with waffle fries, the fries were good but the cheeseburger just okay. Never melted cheese and they had a young Spanish kid bringing the food to the table and I think he brought me barbecue sauce instead of ketchup.
