probably buy a unit in 25 years and never live here permanently, the occasional holiday stay. yeah one can ramble about how pretentious or absurd it is. BUT will you not buy it if you have the money? be honest about this truism.
Smells like oligarchy when you go past this building. High levels of pretentiousness around you. Also a palpable sense of insecurity behind all those secure buildings and money. Pretty boring place to see. #MakeBillionairesPay
It’s like living as a pencil but I approve the architect who made a good statement out of this building. I don’t really like being in the heights but it must have its pro. My take: Giving what I’ve being dealing with, I think the world has gotten to a point of ‘non-original apathy’ as a result of how our architecture landscape and our living spaces have ‘evolved’ to something thought for everything - except living properly. Never mind that and, well, you maybe be better protected up there after all… (Freud explains!🤐)
It feels like this building is overshadowed by even newer, taller ones but is worth a visit.
the best building in NYC! To be honest - the best hospitality and services ever! My number 1 building in NYC to live. An amazing view, good windows, perfect in everything
Great views of the Central Park
These residents are obviously the most obscene and opulent in the free world. How do your kids bring home a couple friends for a sleepover? "Ohh yeah, my mom and dad are trying to get us in a better neighborhood and closer to the school so we're just living here temporarily until we find something more permanent and exclusive."
Nice view to central park or to the south
I haven't been here, but I've dreamt of it since I was 15 and I am now 22 years old. For some reason I thought I'd be living there by now doing some type of interior or graphic design work or something like that. I'm disappointed in myself but hope to one day visit this beautiful masterpiece. This is my dream and it's what gets me up in the mornings

The best place to live in the heart of America!
A majestic place with an impressive view of Central Park.
good location
The best....I mean the B.E.S.T.!
A very beautiful building. I don’t understand why some people hate the curved top though, I think it’s great!
