The meal and drinks were well prepared but a limited and pedestrian food selection. Service was pleasant and helpful, but was a little disappointed with reserved table location which was in a corner spot away from building edge and windows. Overall a high price for a mediocre experience despite the (almost) great view from a corner far away from the windows.
Limited menu. Decent food. Cool view. Wish all parties in the dinner reservation didn't have to buy an observatory ticket.
Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed. This is my second visit in 3 years and it was no different from the first. Food is not the reason to visit this restaurant. It's strictly for the view. Limited choices on the menu. Service was slow and 2/3 of the food items were cold. Flavor is so-so. Pricing is typical New York. Honestly, the drinks were the best part of our meal. If I were to go again (highly unlikely), I'd sit at the bar and have an appetizer with drinks, but that's about it. For some reason, they had a woman posted behind us the entire time we were there. She just stood there. It was very odd and made us feel like we were being watched.
The food was medium in quantity and quality. The waitress was trash and booty. The view was trash too.
I got a call from the restaurant a few hours before our reservation because there was bad weather causing limited visibility and they wanted to see if we wre still coming. We went and even with "limited visibility" ir was a phenomenal view. Our reservation was for 5:30, and it was recommended that we arrive 45 minutes early, but we really needed much more time than that and we didn't get a chance to see everything on the 3 observaion floors bcause we had theater tickets for after dinner and couldn't go back to view everything. Once at the restaurant, our server Axel was fantastic and attentive. We tried 3 different mocktails and they were all really good. The food was very high quality and delicious; in particular the tempura cauliflower, hummus, filet mignon and sticky toffee pudding. I was happy to see that when the package we bought said 2 drinks, appetizer, entree and dessert, there were no restrictions as to which items we could order. I was afraid the filet miignon may be an upcharge, but it was not. My only minor criticism is they do not serve unsweetened iced tea, which is much more popular in the Northeast than the Sweet Tea they do serve. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience with great food and service and we are already planning when to come back.
Nice experience. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Deliciosa comida y vista increíble. No costoso. 80 for persona. Ambiente bueno.
Staff was excellent. We figured we would overpaying for the food at dinner vs quality, which was ok for the experience, but what we got was excellent food, filet mignon was cooked medium rare to perfection! The sides were just as quality. The Shrimp were some of the best I've never had and I've been to lots of 4-5 star restaurants around the world. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
The atmosphere was a pleasant surprise! Such a fun local vibe. Nicole, a bartender, makes an amazing dirty martini and makes for a fun and laid back experience in a beautiful location. Highly recommend spending some time here.

If visiting One World Observatory, do not bother with upgrading to the VIP dinner experience. We did that and experienced nothing VIP about our dinner. They did not have a table reserved for us so we were given a table in their very loud bar. Our view of Manhattan was instructed by a massive pillar. The sub par food was a disappointment compared to the many other great restaurants we enjoyed in New York. All of this is fine if you may be showing up for a quick drink after a tour. But the expensive VIP dinner is definitely not worth it. Enjoy the tower but fine dining will definitely not be spotted within the view from the top.

Great experience for both the view and food. The food was really good and above our expectations. Next time we are in New York, we will be going back
Beautiful view. Food was below average and we saw our waitress a total of 3 times. Otherwise, she was nowhere to be found. You are paying for the view not the food.
Sehr zu empfehlen. Wunderbare Aussicht. Etwas kühl im Raum, aber das ist wohl in NYC überall so.
We went to One Dine last night and our server was Nicole, she was absolutely fabulous and all her recommendations were spot on! My husband had the Ribeye and they kindly remade it when it was too cooked. I got the linguine with pork belly and it was mouthwateringly delicious! I also really enjoyed the smoked trout flatbread, very fresh and light! We went right before sunset and it was amazing to see the city at such heights during the day and at night!!
