Overpriced (since you have to purchase the actual One Observatory tickets), no separate or fast-tracked entrance, food is not great, service is slow... Go for the view and have dinner somewhere-else is my advice.
I had a great experience from start to finish. The bundle ticket including admission to drinks, and an appetizer is definitely worth the money. The service was Top Notch and the food and drinks were surprisingly good. I'd expected more of a assembly line process and had relatively low expectations. But I was wrong. 5 out of 5 stars.
Positives: The setting, 101 floors up is unrivaled!! The sticky toffee pudding was delicious Friendly staff Negatives: Recent menu change made it hard to find something I'd like (quite a lot of fish dishes now). The menu was also quite small, with a lot of what I'd call pretentious food. I'd planned to have the burger which I really enjoyed before but this was no longer available. A burger of some sort of basic steak would be helpful Expensive given the simplicity of the food ($34 for pasta)
The experience it’s so cool being at the highest level of the tower makes you feel soo good. Food was very good and combining with being at the highest level of the tower makes a very nice date. The attendants are especially focused on the costumers. Desserts are 10 out of 10.

Dine in with one of the best views of the city. Located at 100th floor this cafe is the tallest you can find at NYC. They have a cafeteria and kitchen for which you can buy food. We got complementary coupon with the premium tickets.

The observatory is really really good, but compared to some of the other ones I will only give it 4 stars
I got a coffee and a croissant and that was pretty good with the views on top of it. The story was complete.
Highly recommend just to spend a little more time up there and enjoy the view

I wanted to share feedback about our experience today. We arrived at the restaurant around 1 PM, genuinely excited to dine there. However, the hostess informed us it was reservation-only and asked us to return in 30 minutes. When we asked if we could leave our name or make a reservation, she said it was first-come, first-served, which seemed contradictory.
Unfortunately, no solution was offered to help us secure a spot, and several other guests appeared to be turned away as well. While we understand busy times, we were left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Clearer communication or more accommodating options would have greatly improved the experience.
We hope to visit again and have a smoother experience in the future.

Food was really good for being a tourist trap. Service was meh but they don't need to be good to be packed. Can't beat the views bit apparently you will have to book an experience meal to get the best seats even with a reservation at opening. Wasn't a fan of that but they won't care. They will be packed either way.

We booked for a dinner with a view for a special occasion…breathtaking. Everything was great, the welcome, the service, the dishes and especially the view.
Special mention for Haque M. who took great care of us and offered us a service worthy of the name.
You made our evening one of the most beautiful spent in New York
We will come back without hesitation 😬

Everything was perfect, special message for the server Haque M who took great care of us, thanks again to him, the dishes are very well presented, especially the charcuterie board, and the cocktails are very good!

Bathroom has very nice view and color theme. Simple but effective. Only complaint is toilet too tall :((

Frequently checking in on us and refilled waters. Waitress was giving “queen never cry.”

Very moody lighting and somewhat nice view of the building skyline. I know it’s a skyscraper but tbh there were too many pillars blocking the view
Honestly most of the food was okay. They served like “fancy food” but lots of the food had burnt bits, and lots of the food was lacking in like flavor. Would like some sauce or seasoning or something. Also the beef was raw so I ended pooping right then and there 🫣. Thankfully the bathrooms were nice.

The service that rahman and his staff was beyond forgetful. To be quiet honest his service was beyond and I ask that everyone request him. Took photos of us without asking and his attention was exquisite. Thank you rahman and his team we will be back!

Took my wife here for our 17th year anniversary. The food was more then enough and the drinks were strong. The server Hack was an outstanding gentleman and should definitely be recognized for his hospitality. The only takeaway is the way the restaurant is kind of open with the observation piece with can create noise pollution from other people when dining. Also maybe if the dining area had a little bit of music that probably could’ve canceled that out.
