The food and the place is excellent. Unfortunately, our server (Hachem, we believe) wasn't fit for this exclusive place - he was rude from the beginning, he was upset for not selecting our menu choices in the first three minutes (without providing clear guidance). He didn't answer politely our questions and when we asked him to give us some minutes to decide, he was grumpy and sarcastic the rest of the night. We are very disappointed to be treated like in any cheap restaurant. The rest of the staff was very polite, including the woman who sat us. Unfortunately, because of the poor service from this individual, we cannot give this place a 5 star. We recommend the restaurant to please select high quality servers to interact with the customers. In the case of our server, he should not continue serving table in this restaurant.
Contrary to many places in known attractions, the food was really good. We got lucky and had a great view and the service was stellar and patient.
What a rip off. We had to pay $133 just to get in the door. The signage directing you to the restaurant was very poor. We wasted a lot of time trying to find the
Very misleading, reservations were confusing by packages. Our waitress told us there was a cheaper package and we shouldn't have had to pay the fee for the observatory. The food menu was so small for what you pay just to get up there you'd think there would be more options. Would not recommend or go back. Views obviously amazing but food and service weren't great.
Great service! Really happy with our experience at the restaurant. The drinks were also made extremely well. Highly recommend.
Was not worth the money. Appetizer ( muscles ) had a lot of sand informed waiter he said wow I never heard of that. Never came back. The fixed dinner came with 2 drinks per person which we didn't get asked for a side instead and was told no problem but got a separate bill for them at the end. I didn't complain I just paid and left They treat you better at Ruth Chris for 400 dollars
We always dine here when we are visiting our daughters. Our flight was delayed and Nixon was wonderful and helped hold a table for a little extra time. Rahman is always so kind and attentive. We love seeing him each time we dine. Once again many boxes to take home and enjoyed every moment!
Food wasn't that great. The prawn starter and lobster roll main was underwhelming. The brioche actually seemed stale. Pretty tasteless underwhelming experience. No faults on the service though was really good. However this place is not worth the money.
Celebrated a friends 60th birthday, hospitality was fantastic and accommodating. Food was delicious! Can't wait to come back.
NOT WORTH THE $$. Beyond disappointed with our experience. Specifically picked this restaurant and time to celebrate a birthday because of the view it was advertising. Made reservations for sunset. Restaurant was EMPTY (except for a family of 4 at a table and about 4-6 people at the bar) upon arrival. We were sat at the LAST table next the restrooms in an EMPTY RESTAURANT, next to the only other people in there. Upon our exit, the restaurant was still only half full, with prime scenic view seating. So I had to pay for an "experience" we didn't want in order to have dinner in the corner with the crappiest limited view in an empty restaurant. Waiter was mediocre. Would have excepted a little less wait time from him given no one was in there. Lesson learned.

Had a wonderful time, celebrating my 70th birthday the staff we amazing so friendly and attentive
A great venue. However, it needs an improvement to the ambience. Carpeting throughout would make the experience more classy. When stacking up extra or unused chairs and tables, they need to be hidden over leaving the mess visible by the customer. The area was an eye sore and lessened the experience. Finally, when someone plans to visit a well known venue, you expect class. It was missing. The casual dress code was a good idea since many customers are out of town types. Shorts and hat wearing should banned.
Wow, what an experience. The restaurant staff was very professional, and accommodating to visitors eager to dine at one of the world's most exclusive dining spots. It was well worth the money. I definitely recommend One Dine. My wife loved it!! She can't stop talking about the mojito she had. Dinner entree was excellent. I've never tasted chicken made like this. Add one dine to your bucket list it will be well worth it.
Great place to go for a special occasion or just a great meal Thank you to Nixon and Nicole for making our Anniversary memorable!
