I’ll be honest this was my first time coming here and I’ll say for a first time customer the young lady at the register makes you never want to come back. I didn’t know I was to use a menu and check off my options as I’m used to just speaking to the person at the register she proceeded to point very rudely and say order over there. She made me very sad and feel as if I never want to return and embarrassed as people who always have been there were behind me laughing because of how loud she did it. I just feel like she should be spoken to about this as she’s not very welcoming. I visited on the 17th of October which is a Thursday around 7:30pm. I’m not sure who was on shift then but please find out and have her reprimanded.

Food is very good. Healthy and fresh. Removing one star because I found a small piece of chicken in my vegetarian tofu bowl.

Food was a bit greasy, no alcohol. I saw the mgr being a bit rude to his staff and also some to me. That’s the worst.

Korean style bowls which are satisfying for a quick lunch ! Easy to assemble and has good choice of proteins in the pre assembled bowls !
The spicy chicken and shrimp is my go to
order here , if you are going for the custom bowls and have a big appetite go for the large bowls as the portions for the medium ones are a little less compared to similar joints !!
My fav sauces are the spicy gochujang and kimchi aioli!

The food is good and the employees are friendly. But it is a restaurant that does not have a restroom, something that is incomprehensible.

Bowls look pretty but that’s about where it ends. Ordered the rice bowl with crispy chicken and bulgogi. Crispy chicken was room temperature soggy chicken with no spices on it. The flavor of the chicken was off, as in the meat quality wasn’t great. Even the sauces couldn’t redeem it. Same issue with the bulgogi - flavorless. Rice was clumped up and room temperature.
Overall had to eat something for lunch but by the end of the bowl I felt disgusting.
Pretty bland
Great concept but the food was too salty. You will get huge portions for cheap though. Clean, friendly staff, efficient.

Highly recommended Korean restaurant. ONGI is a Korean Chipotle or CAVA. Quality meal, ingredients, quantities, and various menus. I am very satisfied as a Korean.

The food was pretty tasty; albeit pricy. I ordered a small (regular) of one of their signature bowls, and it cost over $16. Would be more of a regular customer if it were a tad cheaper.
