I ordered the sesame tofu avocado and Salmon(extra). This is the most disgusting tasteless, bland bowls I have ever purchased. If there was a 0 star that's what I was giving. The food could not be eaten because it was flavorless. Total waste of money. Earnestly I think I deserve a refund.

wish i had a place like this near my office! i was in the area for a meeting, and decided to stop in for a quick to-go lunch. when you walk in, grab a menu, which is laminated so you can fill out your order with a dry-erase marker (provided). i got a mix of rice and salad, with bulgogi and a few different veg toppings. of course i had to get an egg. for sauce i chose the ponzu, but looking back, i think i would have enjoyed a spicier sauce. service is quick! you can be in and out in 10 minutes, if the line isn't too long. I was there around 130pm and only 2-3 people in front of me. the rice doesn't have the best texture, but i can overlook that. if you're into bibimbap, definitely give this place a try!

Some of my coworkers ordered for pickup, and it was ready really quickly. But I wanted to order the food there to see the entire process from start to finish and to see how fast they are and their customer service. In order to order the food, one must order on this menu board with a marker, or you can order at the front by the register. But I did it on the order board so it can all be chosen and there won't be any mistakes. They have cutlery, paper bags, and flavored water at the front for free. The water was refreshing as one was minty and the other more tropical. If you would like to dine in, there's seating. Otherwise, there is take out. For food wise, I got the pork charred bun, medium bowl that comes with two proteins. For the base, I asked for the sushi rice and got everything in the bowl except the onions and nothing extra. Wish there was a bit more sauce they can add in the bowl. The spicy sauce wasn't spicy at all. I think it's catered to those who can't handle spice, but think they can. The bun was flavorful and delicious. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal, and I'll be back to try other proteins.

I went here on my lunch break during work. The service staff is very efficient and quick. It gets packed in the interior waiting section and busy at lunch time but you're sure to get your food in due time. I've tried the brown rice bowl and quinoa bowl, and I enjoyed both. The protein options are very tasty; I wish they have more protein because the starch to protein ratio is not my favorite. Nonetheless you're in for a good meal at this chipotle style lunch spot.

Went in without any expectations and gave it a try, but I will pass on this moving forward. It is not my favorite experience ordering Korean cuisine in this fashion for its price point. Grab the laminated menu and marker, select your bowl and take a seat. The vibes and staff are cool but the food is not the prettiest of things to look at… (but taste good, if you know what I mean). $22+ for the kalbi bowl is a stretch for my wallet for the food portion… and it was chewy like a skirt steak, at best, not a short rib.

Korean chiptole! Actually really customizable, healthy and great taste! Overall great lunch/dinner food if you need something quick. The menu is very customizable and there's alot of ingredients to offer! Go to is bulgogi, salmon and chicken. Better than chiptole in my opinion hands down!

I’m shocked at how poor the service is. I placed an order online for two bowls and prepaid and even pre tipped. I placed the order ahead of time and received a text about an hour later that my order was ready. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told they didn’t even start preparing my order. When they realized their mistake, the staff hastily started putting my order together and did a sloppy job, completely breaking a poached egg in one of my bowls. My order was NOT made with care. The staff also did not bother to label either of the bowls. To say I’m disappointed and not coming back is an understatement.
