One of the things i miss about working in FIDI is Open Kitchen. The place is loud and noisy, and quintessential NY, but don’t let that deter you, after all it’s NEW YORK! This place has food that is always fresh, and tasty. The hot buffet offers a large selection for everybody to find something. They also have grills that prepare food for you on the spot. Before the willams street location, i used to frequent their other location, but Williams St is much nicer and larger....
Been coming here on and off the last week for breakfast and it is def my new favorite. Shout out to the morning cook who prepares the breakfast sandwiches you do an amazing job with the consistency. From the rolls to the quality of ingredients and the way the eggs are cooked it is the best in the area. I am a breakfast enthusiast and have been to many different spots in Lower Manhattan this one is the best!
