i personally have never talked to the service workers i only use the kiosk stand but i love this place i go about 3 times a week maybe and i always get the pink ombre with no cheese foam and white boba it’s about $9 but it is sooooo worth i recommend it to all my friends and anyone visiting nyc.

Great after theater desert. Came once for the brown sugar and had to try more. This time I went for the pink ombre added boba. There is aloe, lychee and some whipped cheese. Crisp and refreshing. The tartness from the cheese is mild and offers nice contrast to the sweetneess of the other ingredients.

The bubble tea here is sooo good. I got a warm matcha bubble tea and it was so delicious. The servers are very nice as well and the place is very cute and has cool vibes. Definitely recommended if you like trying different and new bubble tea places.
