The heritage sourdough is easily one of the best I’ve had in NYC. As a French person always on the lookout for great bread or baguettes, I stumbled upon this bakery by chance, and you could tell just by looking that the bread was special, so I had to stop by. And let me tell you, it absolutely lived up to expectations.
