The food was pretty basic and nothing stood out. The service was terrible. There best thing about this place is the decor. It's unfortunate because this could be a great experience instead of just a tourist trap.

My husband and I went here to celebrate my 40th birthday. The decor and vibe were very cool, but the service and food fell short. The service felt transactional with no feeling of genuine hospitality. We were left waiting for long periods of time wanting to order another beverage or just simply put our dinner order in. I chose the Chilean Sea Bass and the server said the system just updated and it shows they are sold out. It was 6pm on a Monday where dinner service just started, so I was left with my second choice of Truffle Gnocchi. Calamari appetizer was good, and the polenta coating added a nice texture. Before we got our dinner, the first server said he was leaving but another girl would be taking care of us. The server was never introduced and we had no idea who we needed to ask to order a bottle of wine. The 2nd server finally got to us and she was pleasant, but we were left waiting again for long periods of time. When we finally got were ready to leave, the check was dropped off with the wrong bottle of wine on the check, so we had to wait again for the server to fix it. I had high hopes for this place, but service means a lot to me and I feel like it really fell short.

Service is good but the overall atmosphere just didn't do it for us. Customers are to close to each other. The place is a bit pricey. The menu needs a revamp. We didn't think the food selection was very good and even though you order a burger or virtually any sandwich, extras like fries are an add on. Maybe winter time would be different.

Alice in wonderland theme was amazing and fun. Service was a little slow but good. Food was delicious. Had the truffle aroncini and beet salad. Only negative was the front door was open and it was so hot out so the restaurant was a little warm and a few mosquitos were buzzing around the table. We love it here though and will be back for the ambiance and themes. Christmas was magical here when we came in December as well.

We came during restaurant week with a party of seven, all having preselected the steak option. Upon arrival, we were told it was unavailable — yet no alternative steak from the regular menu was offered. This felt lazy and dismissive.
Food
Dishes arrived cold and staggered — some of us had finished eating before others were even served. The cheesecake, supposedly “classic NYC,” looked and tasted like it had just been thawed from a freezer. Absolutely uninspired.
Service
Repeatedly had to request basic condiments, which eventually came in cheap plastic bowls instead of proper containers. Waitstaff were inattentive and careless — shockingly, they attempted to serve dessert without even clearing our dinner plates. That level of sloppiness is unacceptable.
Facilities & Environment
Only one bathroom was working — resulting in a 20-minute wait. The air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly and we were seated near the entrance, which felt like a heat trap. To top it off, the front desk staff were unprofessional and more focused on posing than helping guests.
Bottom line:
This place is a complete disaster from top to bottom. Save your money, time, and sanity. You’ve been warned — do NOT visit.
