This restaurant is AMAZING. The food was incredible, the story behind the dishes is adorable, and the cocktails are mind blowing. Seriously one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in NYC and the staff is unmatched. Everyone is so friendly and kind, an absolute must-go restaurant, and get every single cocktail they have.
The food is tasty! We were 4 and we tried each dish from the menu. Each dish is a creative reinterpretation, yet retains a comforting, familiar touch, from back home.

I don't leave many reviews - but here I couldn't help myself. I had seen mixed tiktoks, read mixed reviews, so I came to Oti with a heavy heart thinking that we will have to find another restaurant after eating here. But we were extremely pleasantly impressed. We are 4 Bucharesters on vacation and the restaurant is exactly what we need - because we didn't want food like Caru cu Bere - that's what we have at home and we didn't feel like it. But we liked that we ate Romanian food without having the impression that we were eating Romanian food - in a very strange way. But the little ones taste like little ones, the beaten beans taste like beaten beans and zacusca is zacusca - and I ate them with a lot of bread like any Romanian. Thank you and we will definitely be talking about the restaurant for a long time. PS: it was fun for our group to guess which of the people at the other tables were Romanians/had Romanian origins

Celebrated a friend’s birthday here. The staff went above and beyond to make her day special! Owner was very engaging and even played some Chappell Roan when we talked about her music! Food is tapas style and is delicious - the lamb and beef meatballs were my fave. Atmosphere is very cozy and intimate. They also have a outdoor backyard space which we ended up moving to. Highly recommend this place!
