I went to this place last night and had a great time…my sever Zaria was so sweet and patient (give this girl a raise) seriously. The food was unexpectedly good 👍🏽 for a bar. I literally have no complaints, (even as a Yankee fan 😂). The service was great and worth the trip from Westchester!

Chicago-themed bar with classic Windy City eats and a definite dive bar vibe. It was pretty empty when we stopped in, but you could tell it would be a fun sports crowd if a game were on. The Chicago beef sandwich came with gravy instead of au jus—not ideal, but not bad. Super friendly service, and the short walk from our hotel was a nice bonus after a long day of exploring the city.

Typical pub, but with REALLY good food and if you are lucky enough to get Summer as your waitress - great service and very easy on the eyes!!!
I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup, which I was very happy with. My wife liked the sliders.

Sick bar, as a non local my wife and I really enjoyed this place. Classic American bar with sports playing, darts’s and table tennis available. Staff were great and atmosphere friendly. 9/10
Food was cheaper than expected. I have the taco Tuesday special. I was brought my food and never checked on again. Sat with an empty drink glass for 20 minutes. Bar was not full and none of the tables had anyone sitting. The bar tenders were all crowded at the other end of the bar talking to each other.Very poor service. This place lives up to its name! They will definitely OVERLOOK you

Sports bar with a rooftop that's grungy. Music is loud, the food is good. Tried their chicken tenders and fries.

I would have given a higher review however I can’t justify giving one. We were staying at a local hotel and stopped in for drinks. We were charged twice $100 and then $79 for two martinis and I presume three shots.
$25 per martinis and $26 per shot seems steep even for NYC.
I feel fortunate to not have ordered food as I can’t imagine how many additional hundreds of dollars deep I would have been.
Request a receipt and use a credit card so can dispute the additional charges with your credit card company.

Great dive bar atmosphere—perfect for pregame and postgame Cardinals or Blues games. The vibe is laid-back and lively, with tons of TVs so you’ll never miss a play. The buffalo chicken wrap is a solid 10/10, and the nachos are just as impressive—big portions and full of flavor. They’ve got a great selection of beers on tap too, which pairs perfectly with the game-day energy.
During Blues games, they step it up with raffles and drink specials, adding to the fun.
Only downside: the bathrooms are super small, and some of the stalls don’t latch properly, which isn’t great when the bar is packed. Still, it’s a go-to spot if you’re looking for good food, cold beer, and a fun crowd on game day.

Overlook is more than just a bar for Illini and Chicago sports fans, it’s a great bar in its own right. There’s tons of space and seating, attentive service, and a very nice outdoor area upstairs which is rare in midtown.
My friends and I came here to watch the Illinois basketball game and the place was absolutely rocking. Felt like I was back on campus for a night. I’d recommend this place to anybody, but especially to Illinois fans.
