I ordered an iced latte with oat milk, but it tasted nothing like a latte—it tasted more like cold brew with just a slight hint of milk. I’m a coffee fanatic, and I couldn’t take more than two sips; it was disgusting. We also ordered avocado toast, and for the price we paid, it was definitely not worth it. Very disappointed!

I love Oxford Cafe. I go frequently since it's close to my office, and I consistently receive such great service from the staff. They're fast, efficient, and super kind. It's the kind of place I actually wish had the swivel-iPad to tip because they're just that good.

The first time I visited this place, I had a bad experience but decided to give it another shot, thinking it might have just been an off day. Unfortunately, this time it was even worse. The customer service is poor, and the staff is rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse. I had hoped it would improve since I work nearby, but I’d rather walk a few extra blocks than deal with this place again. The food is tasteless, the coffee gives me immediate heartburn, and overall, the experience was just terrible. The ambiance isn’t great either, and it feels like they don’t care about their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other places around that offer much better service and quality.
