I love Oxford Cafe. I go frequently since it's close to my office, and I consistently receive such great service from the staff. They're fast, efficient, and super kind. It's the kind of place I actually wish had the swivel-iPad to tip because they're just that good.

The first time I visited this place, I had a bad experience but decided to give it another shot, thinking it might have just been an off day. Unfortunately, this time it was even worse. The customer service is poor, and the staff is rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse. I had hoped it would improve since I work nearby, but I’d rather walk a few extra blocks than deal with this place again. The food is tasteless, the coffee gives me immediate heartburn, and overall, the experience was just terrible. The ambiance isn’t great either, and it feels like they don’t care about their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other places around that offer much better service and quality.

This Midtown spot is a must visit! The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming—they greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home. One of the best options in the area for a great breakfast. Will be back to try lunch as well!

They treat people based on race, making offensive assumptions and refusing to let it go, even when called out.
