Usually have a good experience but over the last couple of months the service and quality of food have significantly declined. Went this morning to pick up a bec on a toasted bagel. What I got was a bland tasting bec on a bagel that wasn’t toasted. This was after waiting there for 10 mins in the pickup area and them ignoring my coworker and I while taking orders of people who got on line after us. Will not be wasting my money there anymore.

Blatant false advertising, we came in seeing fresh salads advertised and even in the posters. But they didn’t have any, what we got was a wrap but they had no truly healthy options
The service is always great but there is a young lady that works at the front register (with the cute nails) that's always so sweet and on point!

Came here for breakfast before the Statue of Liberty, and food was incredible!! Service was efficient and direct, restaurant was clean and bright. Would recommend for a convenient tasty meal in the area!
Luchador wrap was incredible, great blend of spicy chorizo, avocado, and eggs. Wraps fell apart a little while trying to eat and stand, but that could’ve been a skill issue. Avocado toast had a very generous serving of avocado and smoothies were tasty! Coffee was good as well. Fruit was fresh. Did not try any bagels, can’t comment on them

Food was amazing, I got the 3 egg omelette with potatoes and turkey sausage. Potatoes were seasoned perfectly and omelette was made to perfection as well. I would 100% come back here. All the workers were very helpful when asking questions. If you're in the area, I would highly recommend.
