Personally I found the staff rude, I felt observed, the food is not bad, but it is not possible to have an error on the receipt, I will never return

I went with my partner on a Saturday and it was delicious. Our waitress Melissa was wonderful. She gave us the run down of the menu. We were looking for something spicy and she said the chili garlic beans and the spicy bowls would be great options. I opted for the Chang’s spicy chicken and we wanted to try the Mongolian tofu. She then suggested the Great Wall of chocolate for dessert. A wall of chocolate you say? Okay great. She knew her stuff. Very nice experience.

This has no place in our city. It’s a chain, the food is the same (poor) in every restaurant. The decor is depressingly anonymous. There are so many nice places to eat in NYC, and that’s not one of it.

Aaron our waiter was very courteous. He didn’t rush us when figuring out what to order like other places do and patiently offered us insight on the menu. He was a pleasant waiter! He has a calming presence.

The food was salty. I usually like spring rolls anywhere I go but the spring rolls were disappointing.

The food and atmosphere was to standard. The food was a little high in sodium but very flavorful. Our server Aaron was very attentive, offered suggestions from the menu and not to mention is GORG, darling!
The spring rolls were subpar!

We dined at P.F. Chang's in January and had the pleasure of being served by Lexus, who truly made our experience exceptional! As a picky eater, I appreciated her patience and attentive listening. Her recommendations were spot on, and I enjoyed trying new dishes thanks to her guidance.

While the food was decent, Lexus's welcoming personality and outstanding service made our evening memorable. We'll definitely return, and I look forward to being served by her again!

Great food at P.F. Chang’s. Generous portions and good options for vegetarians. Spicy tofu and chicken dishes were delicious. Our server was friendly but kept disappearing for lengths of time. Hard to get the check. Ended up putting our coats on the make the point! Otherwise all good.

never been in this restaurant in University Place and it looks great and pretty in appearance, organized and clean but then I went on a Friday in 2025 it was clean and organized also alot of people was there that day, the waitresses and waiter are great understandable people talking to you and the Sweet And Sour Chicken, Veggie Roll and Pomegranate Lemonade drink was great for more than $45.00, the bathroom looks great and clean that day and this Chinese restaurant say that is a Chinese place where it even have red colors

Went to PF Chang’s on a Friday night. My wife, 19 year old son, and I were in the city for a weekend. Thought we go there for a decent meal. Got there around 5:15 and were one of the only tables the restaurant.

I ordered an appetizer of the spring rolls. Unfortunately, I had to send them back because they were frozen in the middle. When we got our main courses, none of them were hot. Everything we ordered tasted fine, but it was all just lukewarm.

I very nicely informed the manager after our meal that nothing was hot. He told us that he had planned on talking to the sous chef because we were not the only people to say that recently.

The food all tasted ok, but for that price I would expect it to at least be hot. I know it’s a chain restaurant, but at least give me the illusion that it’s not mostly pre-prepared

In the immediate Union Square area Chang’s is one of my favorites. Great, tasty dishes with a friendly staff and a nice interior design. I’ve been here a few times and have always enjoyed what I ordered. This time around was focused on just a few dishes. One dish was Northern-Style Pork Spare Ribs, which was very good. Also a California and a Dynamite Roll. Both ‘ok’ and typical Americanized sushi. We also ordered some pork fried rice which was excellent! I know, too much rice/starch in one meal! For dessert I had a red velvet cake, which was good, but mostly whipped cream.
Overall, I enjoyed dinning here, as I always do, and there’s no doubt that I’ll be back.

I don't know if it was because we were Latinos but we clearly asked in English for a non-spicy dish and they brought spicy and from the beginning they never brought cutlery, we had to tell them twice to bring cutlery what they expected us to eat with our hands or how. And of course very small portions, for the price you can afford something more decent in the same stratum.

Not sure why this place has such high reviews. Probably one of the worst dining experiences in NYC. Service was not good, food was not good. Their white rice tasted like ready rice out of a bag. Just a bizarre and unhinged experience. However, it is PF Chang’s, so what do you expect? Have
Low expectations.
