I recently experienced a delivery issue with the PF Changs on 8th Ave with 2 missing items. However, the manager at this location named Cris C, was remarkable in making this right. She immediately stepped into action by offering to send the 2 missing items complimentary and they were delivered within 30min.

These day it’s hard to just get someone on the phone to address a customer service issue. So it was refreshing to have someone that offered a solution without even having to ask for it!

So I want to sincerely thank Cris C for going above and beyond, and being so wonderful at her job! Thank you Cris!!!! ??

Awful. Not worthy of the PF Chang brand. Not a real sit down restaurant, there is a counter you can eat at. Some of the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had.

I recently dined at P.F. Chang's and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting!

I also appreciated the variety on the menu, Aliyah explained everything thoroughly and was super friendly and outgoing!

Overall, P.F. Chang's exceeded my expectations with its delicious food, warm ambiance, and excellent service. I can't wait to go back!

Walked half across town to get a meal for my sick son as google says it closes at 9, got here at 830 and they say the kitchen is closed.

Absolutely horrible food and service. Terrible food and they’re very rude. Forgot my water and gave me an attitude

Exactly 8 pieces of sad salty beef on some soggy veggies and a ton of undercooked rice made up the $13 Mongolian Beef bowl. To get more meat will have to order the almost $30 entree dishes. Kung pao chicken not spicy, general tso not crispy, noodles lack wok hay.

Skip this over priced mess that's worst than Chinese American takeouts, instead go to Mido's cart on 58&9th to get a delicious packed schwarma plate for $9.

We waited 30 minutes and asked them to take our order and they ignored us. Completely disrespectful and honestly just mean. Will never go there again.

This has been my go to spot ever since they have opened. The portions are perfect and the meals are affordable not to mention the food is delicious. Maggie is also great! She’s friendly and always has a smile on her face.

Got lunch. Ordered a chicken entree with broccoli. Also got spring rolls. Total was 45.00. The chicken and broccoli were soupy consistency. Not worth it at all.
