Not a bad place to people watch and grab a drink or lunch. It’s pretty cheap by NY standards and has a good atmosphere. I have the cheeseburger sliders and she asked if I wanted to add fries, I said yes, but it added $5 for the fries and there was like a $2 portion of them on the side. The sliders were good though. It’s also not a fast lunch stop.
Nice little pub, home of the absolute worst Gina and tonic I've ever had. Ordered Hendricks gin and tonic with a lemon, basically got a glass of bitters with some ice and two limes.
Looking for an old-school midtown Manhattan bar with martinis, beer, and friendly staff? P.J. Carney’s Pub is the real deal. I’ve stopped in wearing professional clothes after client meetings and also in dance gear after class… either way, it’s relaxed and welcoming. So few bars in Midtown feel this easy.
