Service and ambiance were great. Vodka riggies were mediocre at best. They were recommended to me and was very disappointed.

The food and service were fantastic! We started with the calamari and shared the pepper pasta and veal scallopini with lemon and capers.

Staff was very attentive. Good serving size. Plate not over bearing. Prices are about average. Not rushed either. Quaint establishment with modern music. Would have expected more traditional Italian music. All in all great meal for the three of us!!!

We absolutely loved this place! The ambiance alone- done very well. The food is so good! Highly recommend.

Great restaurant in Little Italy. Felt a little ‘touristy' but overall an enjoyable, affordable meal. The pasta tasted fresh and the chef was able to accommodate substitutions for our table. The service was fast and friendly. Would recommend for adults or families with older children.

Paesano in Little Italy is always a wise choice for a good meal with great service. They've been consistently good for many years and their food never disappoints.

One of my favorite classic Little Italy locations in NYC. The interior is cozy and well-decorated. The menu is huge. The food is delicious. The wine selection is fantastic. The prices are unbeatable. The service is top-notch. I have been to Paesano over ten times, and enjoy my meal each and every time I am here.

Because of the good reviews, we decided to go dining at Paesanos. Service was good, but food was really basic and tasteless. Portions were extremely large, maybe it would be better to consentrate on quality instead of quantity.

One would imagine Italian American cuisine in Little Italy to be edible pleasure. Es and I share the same birthday which we celebrate together every year. This year, I persuaded Es and Allan to try a new restaurant. Out of four names, Paesano of Mulberty Street was chosen hoping that our evening would be enjoyable. This was not the case. No aroma of cooking greeted us as we entered. While the restaurant was full, most of the customers looked like tourists. The garlic bread, Chamomile tea and the cannoli were the only foods that were tasty. Our dinner was dismal in flavor from Es’s eggplant parmigiana to Allan’s steak and my lasagna. The steak did not look like a steak but a ball of indescribable meat. My lasagna was small and tasteless. I struggled to eat it and finally gave up. Rao’s frozen lasagna is far superior. Both Es & Allan were given a mound of spaghetti with red sauce as were countless other patrons. Allan’s cheesecake was not as tasty as Veneiro’s. This was a total waste of money which we will not be repeating. Next year, we will once again go to John’s of 12th Street which consistently has delicious Italian American food.

Randomly found this spot while walking past in little Italy craving some pasta / seafood. Ended up with a white clam sauce linguine that was soooo good. They give a generous pour on wine and got a lil limoncello at the end. Def recommend so glad I randomly found this gem def will be back ! Service was also really good Aldo was great
