Overall very mid .. was expecting better. Also all the servers were men. Not one women!? An not nice men... kinda creepy and judgmental. Bummed because I saw they had good reviews. Stale bread, good oil? Lasagna: just cheese and cut up meat balls with hard pieces in it.... 2/10 just because I love cheese Vodka rigatoni: also mid... 5/10. It was okay, noodles were not fresh and the sauce was def not made fresh. Seafood pasta: it was a red sauce with seafood... that's really all to be said. All in all kinda bummed because I was really looking forward to eating some good food.
We really enjoyed our time at the restaurant. It was delicious and lots of food for a great price. They also have the best bread and oil. I literally drank the oil it was so good.
Food was fine but not authentic Italian. The service and atmosphere were amazing.

We are on vacation and have dined here twice this week! Excellent food, service and ambiance. The server bringing the guests in is amazing! The other server was just as amazing!
We were here at 7pm on a Wednesday night!

Nice atmosphere and service. Food was ok, pasta tasty, house wine was perfectly ok. Tiramisu was not how we know it and more like a cake (but maybe that’s the way here?)

Ordered the lasagna and three pasta dinner special. Lasagna was a little heavy but overall very good. The three pasta dinner special represented a good value, the highlight being the linguine Alfredo. The salad was good but the tomatoes were anything but close to being ripe. Atmosphere was good but very loud. Service was good overall other than the excessive amount of times the waiters tried to push us out to free up a table. Alone, this took away from the feel of sitting down and enjoying a good meal without being rushed. I would recommend for something quick and within a reasonable budget but if you’re looking for that old world authentic feel, you’re just not going to get it.

Fettuccine alfredo was great, slightly weak aperol spritz. But super cute, in a nice area. Good for dinner with friends

We visited Paesano on our very first NYC trip and our first time in Little Italy. Fantastic ambience. We sat outside along Mulberry people watching and enjoying the lights. We had a nice view of Empire State Building to the north of us. The service was excellent. We originally were seated inside but the staff offered to move us outside when a table opened up. At first, I thought they would just forget about us, but to my surprise, we were re-seated outdoors even drinks and appetizers had been brought to our table. The food? Incredible. I ordered the Osso Buco and, a day later, am still thinking about it. I'm tempted to go back tonight but won't. My girlfriend had the meat ravioli and it was very good as well. Excellent experience all around. Very happy that we found this place.
Went with a group of 50 with a reservation. Tables were ready. Salad and soda were prompt. Had about 6 meal choices. Food came out quickly and it was hot. No complaints from anyone in the group. And they were open for others also. Highly recommend.

Loved it! Obviously in Little Italy you are spoilt for choice and I got lucky. The lobster ravioli was the best and service very attentive. I had a mixed salad for starters (dressing was delicious), X2 glasses of wine and a coffee to go with.

Paesano is a hidden gem tucked away in Manhattan’s Little Italy. It delivers the full Italian experience—outdoor tables, lively atmosphere, and genuinely delicious food. The Cacio e Pepe was outstanding, and finding an original Hugo Spritz in the middle of NYC felt like a real treat. Who needs trendy spots when you have the real deal?

We walked through little Italy and the guy running the front of house here was amazingly friendly, not pushy, and assured us if we came back for dinner we’d get in without a reservation. The food was amazing and the portions were large. The pasta had to have been made fresh and the meatballs were amazing.
