My favorite meal in nyc. Everything was great, the food, the service, all fantastic. Highly recommend

Incredible dinner. The restaurant itself is stunning. You feel like you're in an osteria in a village in Tuscany. Service was excellent as were the cocktails. But the real star is the food. No words. From the appetizers to the homemade pastas and the incredible main dishes, oh and the desserts too... everything was stellar. I can't say enough.

Palma was fantastic! The interior and decor were charming and upscale, the service was exceptional, and the food was delectable. There were so many gluten free options. The cacio e Pepe ravioli was such a treat! Great wine list too!

Great lunch at Palma. Didn't mind that it was quiet as it was a business lunch. Service was professional and not intrusive. Food fab as usual and I really dug the arancini and Milanese this time.

Palma is by far our favorite restaurant in the city. We take anyone who comes to visit us there. The food is unbelievable and it is beautiful. I also have celiac disease and they are safe and so good.

Food was amazing including the waiter was explained everything to us and constantly made sure we were content with the food and service. He even brought out a dessert for my girlfriend's birthday.

Horrible service. was not seated until 40 mins after my reservation. They said they were waiting on a table to clear. Ironically when they finally sat us in some side room w/ no ambience - no one had left the restaurant. So where did those ppl go who supposedly had our table. While waiting in the cold outiside for 40 mins - they brought us a complimentary glass of prosecco - and my nieces glass had lipstick on it. For a place with such rave reviews- I was not made to fell like a guest with a reservation. Very disappointing

The service along with having an authentic delicious meal in the most beautiful setting made our dining experience fantastic. It's hard to find a jewel Italian restaurant that excels in every category but Palma is the real deal.

Safe to say this is one of the best Italian restaurants in NYC. Food is phenomenal, service is top notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming / beautiful.
Started out with focaccia and artichoke. Loved both, fully recommend them! Focaccia was so perfect, airy, soft, delicious. The artichoke was super good! You don’t usually see this dish so I thought it was unique and a phenomenal dish! The cheese added a super good flavor profile.
Entrees we went with were the tortellini in butter/sage + the ragu. Both here were also delicious. The ragu had tons of meat and the tomato sauce was great. The tortellini was stuffed with a delicious buffalo cheese.
Ended the meal off with the tiramisu which was a highlight. We’ve traveled around Italy and this tiramisu was top tier.
Service here was super good. Many touch points between the weight staff and our table. The atmosphere was very enjoyable, not very loud. Thought the decor and vibe were A+. Hope to sit in the back room next time. Also the tables are spread out pretty far which is nice so you’re not right next to people which a lot of other restaurants do.
I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone just make sure to book your reservation as far in advance

As a preface, I eat out a lot and have been to plenty of incredible restaurants - Palma is hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in NYC. Every dish that came out somehow topped the one before it. I was so impressed I even asked our server if they had a Michelin star (they should!). I’m so blown away and still thinking about the food. Couldn’t recommend it more - a life changing, “death row” meal.

We were 3 women going to see a film nearby after our luncheon. Palma was recommended to us by someone who lived in the Village on that street for many years.. We were advised to dine in the garden room that was fully indoors but full of light and foliage, it was lovely.. Menu had nice variety of antipasti, interesting salads, pastas with fish, meats. Everything, however, was pricy: salads at $34, pasta dishes $34 and up to $72. The focaccia was very good and reasonably priced. So we shared the Tagliatelle with 3 meats--very tasty tomatoey sauce and well prepared. We were planning to share a salad as well but the salad with nice variety greens and chicken dark meat slivers was too small to share, so one person had it entirely ...The lowest cost wine was $17 and seemed to be less than 5 ounces. The total bill was $118.68 for2 luncheon dishes, 1 focaccia and 2 glasses of wine...NY is expensive but this seems to be over the top.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Italy in the Heart of the West Village Palma is truly something special. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt transported straight into a rustic Italian countryside restaurant—warm, intimate, and completely removed from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. It's the kind of place that instantly shifts your mood. The food was exceptional—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish had that authentic, homemade Italian feel that's hard to find in the city. The ambience is romantic and charming, and the service was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Whether you're looking for a cozy dinner, a date-night spot, or simply a place that feels like a little escape, Palma is an absolute must. I can't wait to go back.
