The quality was really bad and the freezers were not working, we got melted ice cream.

I came here a month ago, it was hotter then and the ice cream was more solid, it’s not the weather, it’s your standards which have changed.

Came here because of TikTok, but honestly it’s overhyped and the flavors all taste the same. Cafe Panna is so much better

Had the worst experience. The guy with the curly hair was extremely rude and when we asked for a tester he straight up said no when he was still giving them to the people ahead of us. Not going here again. To reply to the owner, this was my second time here.And no there was no one ahead of me, we waited our turn and then when asked for samples the samples were so small it was hard to even know which flavor it is, and the people ahead of us got regular sized samples and we wanted to try a new flavor but the not so nice gentleman was not in the mood to work today. We asked for two samples btw, not more.

This gelato is sooo good. It’s very custardy and the mix ins are great (I love the cookie dough). Cute shop too!

Excellent. I've tried the chocolate, pistachio, and lemon - all outstanding. Hands down the best gelato I've had in NYC since Grom closed. Bravissimo, chef!
