I am very like food there it is goodAnd a service good too almost all the time.But today I felt like I am begging for my food which I already paid for . Asked for bowl and the plate - both with teriyaki. In the plate twice. So one worker named Mara put the same portion like in a bowl . I didn’t get it why . So I ask her to put some more and felt like a homeless - everybody looked at me . Mason , one more worker there said that they can’t pout more because they get in trouble… what is that ?!

Good assholes! Despotic staff, mainly the bunch with a face of not wanting to serve!The bathrooms are not available, nor is the soda machine, the food is very little, and half cold! Terrible service in everything!!

Chinese fast food restaurant.We loved the orange chicken.We ordered through Uber Eats and it tasted so good that we went back to the store another day.The place is not very big, but it is fine.The drinks, like everywhere in NY, are super big.We really liked the food.

Having recently come home from Florida where we ate Panda Express a few times I couldn't wait to get it again when we visited New York - really I should've skipped this one. If this was my first time visiting & eating Panda Express I'd never go back. Firstly upon entering all seating was closed and I was greeted by a young member of staff very rudely. We ordered our food and took it back to our hotel. Once back I noticed our food portion had been very skimped (or at least in comparison to Florida). The orange chicken had a funny tang to it and I did not eat it all. My mum found a bone in hers.

The customer service was great but I was truly disappointed at the food. I drove from NEW JERSEY to this location because a lot of jersey panda expressed stop cooking almost two hours before they’re closed and didnt have any of the stuff i liked. I go there and asked for chicken and stringbean, they didnt have at that location okay.. so i get the steak it was good but the chow mein and rice were disgusting. the chow mein tasted so different than any other panda express ive been to and i go to so many and they taste the same. it was just so nasty, tasted straight like noodles dipped in tumeric…. and i ordered two large rices and the rices tasted so undercooked. made me so sad because i thought “ouuu manhattan, no way they’ll mess up” and it was just terrible and i spent 54$ on food just for me. Im a huge panda express lover but really disappointed at how this location doesnt match the others…. and i know most wont but it just had tooo many discrepancies.
