This location is doing a terrible job at handling mobile orders. There should probably be someone specifically assigned to mobile orders during high volume times. The cashier was only focused on the line which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time for everyone one else. I let them know who I was and I was waiting on a mobile order for myself. They proceeded to ignore more for 25 minutes while they served other people even though every item in my order was available. Out of the 3 people working up front for some reason one woman thought the height of the dinner rush was the good time to not only mop but to use a bucket to throw the water on the floor. I’m certain the splash presented the opportunity for the chemicals to mix with the food. It’s also a hazard for her co-workers. She should have been handling the many people waiting on mobile orders. Perhaps this overall poor management of this location. I’ve done many orders from the Penn Station location and I’ve never had anything close to what I’ve experienced here twice in two weeks. I’m sure both locations are very high volume.

I have eaten their traditional Orange Chicken twice and I love it! The rice is quite average, nothing special, the noodles are not that great either, in my opinion the chicken is the only thing 10/10

I give the food 4⭐️ the taste is amazing, & the amount they give you a 3⭐️, for the price is definitely NOT enough. I got the Watermelon mango drink I asked for NO ICE I get my drink with Ice filled to the top, I empty the ice out and got less that half a cup of watered down flavoring basically, water with a drop or two of flavor. I could've put a few pieces of real Watermelon and mango in water & been happy. The apple pie rolls were small & thin it didn't have enough filling, I got 2 @ $2 each which the quality of it should've been 2 for $2. I will try Dining in next to see how that experience is.

The only reason that I would ever return to this location is an employee named NAKALA.. she was polite knowledgeable and made me feel like panda family.. please tell me how I can tip her because she truly is a panda treasure ?
I had mix feeling coming to any Panda Express because of people intake on it. Today was my first time I ever had any food from here and to honest, the food had nothing but flavors and well cooked. The waiter Miss V was very helpful and friendly! Shout out to Miss V at the Panda Express in Harlem area!
