The portions are awful here!

I ordered a bowl with white rice and walnut shrimp (which is already an extra $1.50) and received FIVE shrimp! I also had to ask the server for walnuts because the portion she gave had none. I mean, it's called walnut shrimp for a reason, no? 💁🏽‍♀️

The rice was also terrible. It was dry, hard, and crunchy, and the shrimp had barely any sauce/gravy. Everything was just dry. Before I left, I heard another customer complaining about how dry everything was.

I've been to much better Panda Express locations, but I'll probably never go back to this location. I paid $13.50 for a bowl full of rubbish!

Clean restaurant and there is plenty of tables where you can sit at. Customer service here is great, the employees are helpful. The food is so good and cooked at a right temperature. No complaints! I will come back.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the behaviors that I witnessed today at the panda express on West 125th!

Employees were almost overworked with only two people working in the line, this contributed to extremely long lines and wait times! That’s not what broke the candlestick.
An employee at the register was super rude to me refusing to give me my bowl until I “paid” and another associate with him was eating Auntie Anne’s pretzels behind the service line hurling insults and being rude to me!

There are so many critical health violations that were broken during my visit to the store today! No hand washing, cross contamination, eating behind the security line…

To add icing on the cake? The female employee shouted at me to get out after I gave her a feedback on how she made my experience poor!
Where are the leaders in this restaurant? The chef was helpful but at this moment a leader should have been present who knows how to coach the team and drive the service line!

All of these things I name will impact your custom experience, Labor , food cost, the entire business! Because no one wants to dine at a restaurant that doesn’t embrace hospitality! What a shame!

When I walk in early today I ask for a bowel I ask for chow mein noodles and orange chicken then the cashier ask me did I want something else so I said some pepper chicken she looks at me with a attitude and pause like it was a issue when she the one who ask me did I want anything else it shouldn't be a issue if ppl want a little extra in their bowl because the customer knows they will have to pay extra there's no need for female staff to have an attitude about a meal that's not how customers should be treated y'all can loose customer service with staff with attitudes I didn't check her or get a attitude back cause I didn't want to give that nasty attitude energy back.

OK 🆗, so I finally did it, because I'm not a real New York Chinese food snob anyway. And it was nice, not any worse than the mall-Chinese I used to get at the good ol' fashioned Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall in the Town of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, Mid-Hudson Valley, U.S.A. I recommend this combo of spicy shrimp 🦐, orange chicken 🍗, & lo mein.

Came in and pointed at an order and the worker corrected me with such attitude and told me that I’m ordering the wrong thing??? Like girl…. And I told her to have a good shift at the end of our interaction and she got the nerve to say “I was having a good shift till you came in.” I was not disrespectful at all, and she came in hot?? Like girl, lean back.

Not the best quality panda express i’ve been to. The food was ok but can be better. Staff is very attentive when it comes to getting your order. The staff cleaning up needs to pay attention to detail. Trash on the floors and tables aren’t cleaned as fast as people are in and out of the store. 125 is high traffic and volume area but cleanliness should not lack

This location is doing a terrible job at handling mobile orders. There should probably be someone specifically assigned to mobile orders during high volume times. The cashier was only focused on the line which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time for everyone one else. I let them know who I was and I was waiting on a mobile order for myself. They proceeded to ignore more for 25 minutes while they served other people even though every item in my order was available. Out of the 3 people working up front for some reason one woman thought the height of the dinner rush was the good time to not only mop but to use a bucket to throw the water on the floor. I’m certain the splash presented the opportunity for the chemicals to mix with the food. It’s also a hazard for her co-workers. She should have been handling the many people waiting on mobile orders. Perhaps this overall poor management of this location. I’ve done many orders from the Penn Station location and I’ve never had anything close to what I’ve experienced here twice in two weeks. I’m sure both locations are very high volume.
