One of the best, if not the best, Panera Breads in Manhattan. Lots of places to sit, except when they close the second floor, which is unfortunately a bit early in the evening. Helpful staff.

Coffee was fresh, food was good, though not as filling. The kitchen sink cookie is a must.

Staff just hangs out like it’s a party. New management is seriously needed. Breakfast Orders should not take 25 min. Been here 4 times always the same.

I recently ordered an order from her through Uber Eats, let me tell you attention to detail can’t be taught. First they package everything without a care in the world.my order was a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich with a chicken noodle soup as a side order. The bread looks like they threw it in there with no protective package what so ever. Talk about caring for your customers, it be the last time I order from this god forsaken place.

Even though the coffee was good but the experience was horrible. They don’t even know the difference between a cold brew and a latte. The girl named Heavin is absolutely horrible. She has no clue whatsoever of anything and has the nastiest attitude. They all look so confused like they just woke up or something.

I'd love to know who does their real estate. They had a location around the corner from where they are now. That was a terrible location. Neighborhood not good. Physical plant a disaster. The new location is a great disappointment. Again a very unpleasant space walking in. Turns you off from wanting any food. A long narrow store with very minimal seating. You wait on a line to order your meal from pictures on the wall. I can't believe this is the same Panera bread that I eat at all the time when I am out of New York City, even the food is disappointing. The pastries and the bagels look awful. Very unappealing. It doesn't even feel safe to go in there. There are usually 8 to 12 men on bicycles waiting outside to be called for deliveries. I am guessing that is necessary But I don't understand why they can't spread them out a bit so that you don't feel insecure walking in. There is not one good thing I could say about the space, the neighborhood or the food. I was so excited that they were going to open as I had wonderful meals in their other locations.

Everything went well the recommendation was really good gave me the squash soup thought it was going to be gross but it was spot on. I will say don't get the blood orange charge NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT. The flavor is just trash I love you guys but take that flavor out the other ones are good.

The main food items aren’t really good. The chai tea was good, the Baja bowl was bad. The sandwich wasn’t good too. Stuffing was very less. The store was well kept.
No other place than Paneras on 3rd avenue shout out to them ,love that they open a location where I work, I rather be here stuffing my face, this location has great service and staff. The food is the Bomb thanks Panera team.

Forgot multiple items in the order, took FORVER for it to come out, people working there seemed really testy and on edge (not saying that’s necessarily the employees fault)Not going again

Loved to food, ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup with fresh bread and croutons. There was almost no wait and the food was ready pretty quickly to my surprise. I ate it so fast that I forgot to take a picture of it. The bread was soft and the cheese gooey and delicious and the soup was hearty and had a nice acidic flavour which was very tasty. Their baked good are great, my favorite are the blueberry scones that are always the best that I buy all the time and they are a nice portion size and always freshly baked and crumbles as you eat it.

I ordered a toasted sesame bagel and cream cheese, and coffee. The coffee isn't hot ( it's 10:15 am). The sesame bagel was put in a bag with no wrapper at all, just loose, with a container of cream cheese. Not surprisingly, with no plate or foil or paper wrapper, as I spread the cream cheese and ate the bagel sesame seeds flew everywhere - the counter, the seat, the floor. Good thing I grabbed a few napkins to protect my bagel from a dirty counter. Okay, I know Panera isn't known for its bagels but if they offer them they should be a little smarter and customer friendly than this. So low end!
