I HAVE GONE TO MANHATTAN AS WELL AND NO LIE NO ATTITUDES, VERY NICE CASHIERS THAT TAKE MY NAME AND NUMBER. I GO IN THEY GREET ME AND TAKE MY NUMBER. THEY ASK ME WHAT SIZE I TELL THEM AND I TAKE MY DRINK AND IM OUT. REALLY REALLY HAPPY I JOINED SIPS CLUB. I LOVE LOVE THEIR GREEN TEA. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE PANERA EMPLOYEES THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH THAT ARE SOOOOO NICE AND COURTEOUS. IF GOD WILLINGBIM JOINING AGAIN NECT YEAR AGAIN. I LOVE THAT I JOINED. I GET A CHOICE OF ANY SIZE AND ANY DRINK . I CAN KEEP COMING BACK EVERY 2 HOURS. AND WHERE EVER I AM I FIND A PANERA. Avoid this place. Quality control so bad they’re sending out food that’s inedible.
I’ve ordered from this Panera multiple times, and at least half the time I’ve received a greasy, watery mess instead of creamy chicken and wild rice. I guess I should’ve learned my lesson faster.
What are you doing to it??? Watering it down to save money or something? Please stop. It’s so gross and it tastes bitter when you do this.

A place truly rare to find in the USA. Sandwiches made with real wheat bread, a wide selection of salads with genuinely generous portions, and prices that are quite reasonable. A spot serving food that’s actually palatable for a European.

I just had the best experience I've had in a long time. On top of the food being absolutely delicious the staff was pleasantly informative and aware. Brian was amazing and paid extra attention to detail. The place was also very clean. I can't wait to come back.!!! Great job.
I’ve been to this location on W. 85th Street several times and ordered the (4) four pecan danishes. Each time they were placed neatly in a box. Today this cashier stuffed them in a bag, and when I requested a box she claimed she couldn’t give me one because they are for the cinnamon buns. She said I shouldn’t have been given one in the past. I told her to keep them. I’m paying almost $20 for pastries and can’t get the proper package to carry it home, I think NOT! There are so many bakeries on Broadway, so I went to “La Farine Patisserie et Cafe”. I purchased delicious almond pastries and behold the establishment provided a box without my asking. Common sense isn’t to common at Panera located at 2333 Broadway. I told my network of comrades and the internet to stay clear of your location because your customer service sucks. I’ll never darken your doorstep again. I hope you get closed down. I’m calling the health department, as you allow dogs in your store and that’s disgusting!

I ordered through uber eats, but let me tell you I wouldn’t dare step foot in this establishment. The way they didn’t properly seal my salad and I had to cautiously take it out of the bag, they literally just threw my baguette in the bag. They didn’t wrap it, box it… nothing! I ordered avocado toast and a half chicken Cesar salad, and a tropical green smoothie. They forgot the hard boiled egg for my salad, which I paid extra for. So if they’re this careless and didn’t care to make someone food with love and respect through uber eats, I wouldn’t support this place in person or through any delivery services anymore. And as for the smoothie, it tastes HALF decent, I’ve had WAY better from Panera, but in Garden City on Long Island

I found a piece of plastic in my food and it was very time consuming to file a complaint. I filled out a very long form and they wanted me to tell them all of the same info again.
