no bathroom at a food establishment doesn't make sense to me.

I feel like if you are stuck and have to eat there, then do it. Otherwise, service was slow and the food is microwaved. Low quality.

Iced coffee is lukewarm and self-serve, with no option to add milk. The inside of this Panera is really weird and impersonal because it's all kiosks and a big area for pick up orders, little seating.

Second time in a row I got a wrong sandwich - not what I ordered. Instead of Chipotle avocado chicken, I got a sandwich with only eggs in it. There was more than a month between my visits and still both times I got a wrong sandwich. Something is definitely wrong there with how processes are organized

I ordered the chicken noodle soup and received a bowl of broth with nothing in it. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you want to actually receive the food that you order. Use the one at Columbus Circle instead.

To me, Panera is elevated hospital food. However, you cannot go wrong with the broccoli cheddar soup. It was as I remember it, although a tad bit more watery. The bread that comes with it is clutch and between the soup and bread you will definitely satisfied. I also got the passion papaya green iced tea, which has a nice subtle flavor and is not overly sweet. It was nice and refreshing. As far as the location, it was clean and the customer service was great. If I ever need a quick, safe food option I know Panera will hold it down.

Panera has arrived in the Upper West Side. It's the same food but the price has skyrocketed. It used to be a chain I enjoyed but I'm not feeling warm cozy vibes anymore. They used to have the salad I loved in the summer. The menu has become so complicated I don't want to order. They are definitely accommodating about the ingredients. As plain as my order is it's not worth the price. I do like the cookies and a pastry now and then. This location is new. I hope it's successful. I'll stick to my neighborhood family owned establishments. You either like Panera or you can take it or leave it. I'm not a huge fan. Not their fault.

So glad we have this Panera in our neighborhood. Either quick lunch to cozy dinner, it is always a good choice. Staff are friendly and doing their best to serve customers.

Not as big as needed for this neighborhood. It works for a quick lunch, the portions are underwhelming.

This was a very nice location if you are on the go and just need quick stop. Unfortunately there is no tabled seats along with 0 outlets to charge your phone and or laptop. I ordered myself a Bacon avocado melt and I was brought the wrong sandwich at first but this lovely young man by the name of "Sunny" was exactly like his name (Bright and charismatic) I felt very welcomed by his presence and he ensured that the mistake was corrected immediately. Oh and just to add that they have their microwave on the outside of the counter so if you decide to warm up your baked goods at the last minute it is available to you.Food was awesome , Service was a bit questionable (Incorrect order) and the atmosphere is very light and airy. Thank you for everything.

I mean, out of the chains, Panera is sort of down low on the totem pole. Like I'd rather go to McDonald's sometimes. But I do have a go-to. I love their grilled cheese and tomato soup combo. I like their salad and soup choices. Brownies and cookies are good (even get a freebie for your bday!!) Problem is, if I can even call it that; is that you're paying NYC prices and get very little. I remember a Panera that once gave you big portions. Whether a product of time or environment, you're not getting that here unfortunately. Another issue is that while you do have seating, it's limited; but no public bathrooms means you cannot wash your hands or hit the head... in a post COVID world, this doesn't make a ton of sense to me. But that means to me that they're focusing more on takeaway. Which is fine; I wouldn't eat there anyway haha. But if you're a Panera fan, you know what you're getting.

Went in for coffee. No lids for the cups, no one at the counter. Individuals at the takeout end said they couldn’t help and sent me back to the deserted counter. No one came. Several of us gathered waiting… and waiting. When I peeked behind the counter to see if they were there, someone came running from the kitchen yelling like I was trying to rob the place. I will not be back.

Walked in at 8:55pm, were told they are closing in “one minute”, basically we were denied service. Not a good start for brand new spot in the neighborhood.
