I love Panera bread and i love the chicken avocado melt but I guess I will have to go farther to get it fresh and savory. I have been here twice and both times they served me a sandwich with rotten avocado as you can see in the picture. I love avocado but i wont get sick eating this. The people are not professional. They ignore you. This store needs a more qualified staff. Such a shame

First time here and Marwa made me feel like I was bothering her to make an order.. she have an attitude bad customer service. I don’t think I’ll ever go to this location again. I will be telling my colleagues about this so they could be aware, but the food is good. but poor customer service at the cashier

This is an exceptionally good Panera! Service is spot on and I've never had to wait on line to get my kiosk order filled. The staff are also quick to notice you and respond to any requests (like if you want almond milk or they're out of something). Iced coffee isn't all weak and watery either. It's great!

Paula was a gem. Decided to try my first Panera Bread and she helped with the ordering process for a newbie, very helpful all the way through. The location is really nicely designed, the place was spotless, and I was even helped given a free pastry for the end of the night. I look forward to trying another item when I can.

My husband and I are a fan of Panera Bread butternut squash soup, so when we saw they were opening up a store at 225th St, we were excited. We like to drop in for lunch on the weekends. This time we tried ordering in and were shocked to find out they do not deliver to 218th St. What a boomer. Hoping they change that because I enjoy my Cobb salad.

This Panera store just opened up and after one visit it’s quickly become my new favorite spot to grab a bite to eat. Highly recommend.
Went to Target today and had a wonderful surprise of a New Panera Bread next door which is such a welcome to the neighborhood. Store has a few tables to dine in. Place is immaculate and staff is very friendly. I really like the pick up counter in the back gives a closer touch to the kitchen. They have two cashiers and they also have 4 independent kiosk so you can order on your own. I am a sips member so I do get free drink for every visit and I enjoy the multiple choices of juice and Lemonade selections they provide. They have a great selection of items in the bakery section. I’ve went 4 times to Cross county for the Kitchen sink Cookie and finally was able to get your last two. These good are amazingly delicious ?.

I went here to get a cup of ice the girl asked if I’m a member I gave her my number and this was a total $4.13 that was including tax I can imagine if I asked for water. You can go into Starbucks and ask for a water get a large with no problem. Will NEVER RETURN Filing Complaint with Consumer
