There is a saying “If it ain’t broke; don’t fix it”! Panera has ruined my favorite sandwich! The Mediterranean Veggie! When I tell you that I had a true love affair with this sandwich before they changed the bread I am telling you the whole truth! And btw I am not a vegetarian but the sandwich was just so freaking good with that Thick sliced tomato basil bread that uniquely had a honey crumble on the crust that absolutely teased the pallet! Of course when I got it home I tweaked it a bit adding mayo and toasting the bread but I digress… Some smart ass decided to make it “healthier” & change it to a thin sliced version that seems to be missing the honey on the crust so it no longer has that lovely harmony of flavors. Who asked you anyway! It’s already chock full of veggies! Dang! I hate y’all for this! I am pissed! 😠

Took forever to fulfill an order...after a long time finally communicated they don't have some items...then when given the option to replace with something else, come to find out they don't have the replacement either...manager (some girl) is useless...no apologies for time wasted, even when given the feedback to update their UberEats menu when don't have certain items...then she lied and tried to blame the Uber driver for their delay (although the app GPS showed he had been waiting at the shop for a long time). Main or regional Panera manager clearly needs to go in there and reset expectations based on this interaction and the conversations I heard in the background between employees.

Every time I come here for some much needed self care time, it is exactly what I need. The smell inside Panera, the atmosphere, and the excellent customer service have made me a returning customer. Very pleased, congrats to this team — keep it up!

This place is amazing, and they are so kind.i was waiting a long time for my chai latte and the manager told me if I can have something else instead and I choose a Broccoli and cheddar soup. And then she came back with the soup and my chai latte, so I ended up getting a free soup for the long waiting.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to this time. The staff is very professional, especially Peter the server. He's always very attentive and polite, and we need more people in the food/ customer service industry like him.
Panera Bread food is extremely delicious. Packed with great flavor, and healthy options. Their drinks are amazing also. The Blueberry Lavender Lemonade is just one of my favorites. Keep up the good work Panera Bread staff.

This has already been a Panera Bread with major problems, stemming from the terrible management.

We got delivery from here last week and half our order was missing (I ended up sharing my lunch with my partner).

I decided to come in after picking up an Amazon package, and despite it not being very busy, I waited 25 minutes for a cold sandwich and some soup.

Even though it was a dine-in order, I discovered I had no spoon. So I went up and waited almost five minutes for someone to see me so I could get a spoon.

Instead of simply handing me one, the manager working this Friday afternoon decided to “educate” me on NYC’s utensil law. That I have to specifically request them, and pointed to a sign that was specific for take-out and delivery.

I told her that I ordered my food to dine-in, and she said it doesn’t matter. The law is very specific that I have to request it.

I said that was wrong, the law is specific to take-out and delivery only. She insisted she was right.

When I showed her the law, which made it clear it was ONLY for takeout and delivery, she just told me to basically get lost.

On top of that, an employee arrived on an outdoor scooter, and rode it across the dining room floor and stopped in front of the drink machine, so he could chat with the kitchen before going to work. I had to wait for him to move so I could get something to drink, and the tire tracks are still on the floor.
