Some guy just left having a full on Karen moment so I thought I’d leave a five star review for the awesome team here. They keep the restaurant very clean inside and I’m grateful to have a Panera near my home.
This is an exceptionally good Panera! Service is spot on and I've never had to wait on line to get my kiosk order filled. The staff are also quick to notice you and respond to any requests (like if you want almond milk or they're out of something). Iced coffee isn't all weak and watery either. It's great!
Paula was a gem. Decided to try my first Panera Bread and she helped with the ordering process for a newbie, very helpful all the way through. The location is really nicely designed, the place was spotless, and I was even helped given a free pastry for the end of the night. I look forward to trying another item when I can.
