Good food. The manager Chris is very kind and professional, the other managers and higher up not so much.

Some of these reviews are just from miserable people who have nothing better to do but complain. I saw several negative reviews about Chris idk which Chris they were talking about or if there is even another employee named Chris. The Chris that waited on me last night was very nice and polite. Apologized that they'd run out of half and half. Very cheerful professional young man. Maybe he could teach some of his coworkers some act right. Especially the young girls. If you hate your job leave. The male workers are pleasant all the time especially Chris But them little feisty young girls (some not all) need to go.

I had a great experience at Panera. The service was absolutely excellent—friendly, fast, and super professional. The staff really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always a pleasure to come back when you feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of!

Something as simple as an Everything Bagel with cream cheese shouldn't be hard. Yet Panera managed to provide a barely anything on it and a cup of cold cream cheese. For the $2 upcharge, is it unreasonable to expect their service worker to spread the cheese on the bagel? Overall, this sucked. I just wanted something to eat and got a bag of disappointment.

THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED and ashamed of their hygine practice, patients eat here!! Its an in hospital vendor for goodness sakes!! THEY NEED TO BE INSPECTION continuously LOOKING INTO THIS PLACE FOR SANITATION!!! Its not acceptable. I see flies land on food openly displayed!! And before got sick from eating cookies and coffee!!!!!!

The girl at the checkout was very rude to the customer in front of me in line. She was also very rude to me, she put a lot of salt on my sandwich, and while she was making it she kept talking and leaving her saliva on my bread. I asked her to sell me a cup to serve my water, and she asked me for more than $3, since according to her the cup counts as a tea. I will never go back and the sad thing is that I work in the building and I will have to continue seeing how this person treats customers rudely.

Had I seen these reviews I would have opted not to order. Ordered a sandwich on 7/19 asked cashier to please not add pickles to my order, to please let the kitchen know not to touch or put pickles because of my allergies. Left the establishment while walking on crutches, got to my car open sandwich and a huge slice of pickle fell right out into my hands and lap, NOW I AM STUCK HOME PAYING FOR IT with rashes all over my body. You all need to be retrained or FIRED... I did make may way back to get my money returned to my card.

I should've read the reviews but when your in the hospital you don't think about this things.
Service sucked, didn't have egg whites let's start with that, bagel was given to me cut in half with butter and cream cheese on the side. I would've imagined them putting it on the bagel.
The bagel is cold now, the cream cheese is melted, butter is also a mess.

Worst service on the earth. Staffs look like the they are reluctant to work here. Even just an empty cup can spend me 20 minutes to get it. When you tried to talk to them they roll their eyes and still don’t answer. This place should be closed.
Staff are always rude. Got attitudes that scream they don’t want to be there.

I ordered a full Tuna fish Sandwich and Chris only made me half a sandwich. I told him this is a a sandwich and he would not make other half for me. He was very rude, disrespect, and yelling at me saying he's not making other half. I paid full price expecting a full sandwich. He accused me of taking the other half. I'm a registered nursing working in icu, I don't have time or day to play stupid games with ppl hiding half a sandwich. What makes it worse he's suppose to be a manager. Unprofessional, he needs to take some customer service classes and learn how to make a sandwich. This isn't the first time I have ordered from them. But it was the first time for very poor service. Very disappointing. If your going to order from them pls check and make sure your getting your full sandwich. They can't be trusted.
Update: so I ordered from them again and couldn't come to pick up my order right away had a very sick pt ended up going down 30 minutes later and when I got there my sandwich wasn't there I asked them where is my sandwich they said it was already made and I took it. I told them I just got here, ao how could I take my sandwich? Ao that same manager Chris comes and says you did this last week accusing me. And then he said I'm going to prove it to you and check the camera. I said fine check the cameras. They made me wait a whole 45 minutes. At which point I asked for someone higher in position to speak to. They finally came out and said okay we can make you another sandwich but only half? Wth I paid full price and after checking the cameras they only wanted to make me half a sandwich. That manager Chris didn't even come out to apologize to me, he didn't show his face he had employees come talk to me. At this point I asked for a refund and a higher managers contact information. At this point they finally decided to make me a full sandwich. Pls don't wast your time at this place. It's a dump. Run by ppl who are unprofessional, rude, humiliating and disrespectful. Save yourself the time and money and go someplace where they will give you what you ordered with out wasting your time, money and not humilating you.
