Very nice people working here, could be busy when it’s lunch time.
Food was not as usual - smaller portions and a bit greasy

Check your orders, they mess with order in 5-10% of time.
I take my lunch here often. Today I got a chicken soup and free piece of bread instead of tomato soup and a sandwich.

I love Panera for breakfast, but I had a worse experience at the 23rd Street Panera store. My job is there so often i buy from there, every time I go there with hope and most of the time I get a bad experience. The picture is an example of today's purchase and I also bought a hot latte today. They put two lids on it, and it spilled on the way. They are so careless! The other day I got a cold sandwich, or a not-toasted bagel. Overall Most of the time I got bad experiences. I wrote this today because they need to be more careful. Their job is to taking care of the customer, they get paid for that, we pay for the food and services! they are just not doing thier job properly
Food was seasoned just right.
Great salads!
We went to this branch (Panera bread) 23rd st, New York today afternoon to have coffee and some bread! This manager refused to give chair to my mom who is disabled. She said my mom can seat on her wheelchair, the table is high as you can see that’s why I want the chair for my mom. She’s more worried about the customers that might come in and need those chairs, we are customers too and already inside! She never talk in a nice way! As you can see on this video, she acts like an immature person! Don’t come to this Panera bread in 23rd st, New York! Bad service!

I live in Jersey City, and I wonder why Panera Bread outlets in New York make such bad sandwiches! The same sandwich tastes and looks completely different. Panera Bread locations in New Jersey are far better in terms of cleanliness and taste. My wife works in New York and often grabs breakfast there, but she regrets it every time she eats at Panera. New Yorkers — try Panera in New Jersey, then compare it to the ones in New York. You’ll notice the difference.
This Panera is fast and courteous! I order here at least once a week. They’ve never once messed up my order. I highly recommend the app since I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for an order. Highly recommend!

When I’m working around this area, I always have lunch here. But today 3/26/25 11am, i was so impressed with the service and kindness from the lady in the front (store manager) she left me speechless. Well done Panera 👏 Great job!!!

It use to be a good atmosphere but now with all the homeless hanging in there and showering in the bathroom I don’t even feel like eating there they need to do something about it

I love stopping by this Panera on my way to school. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, especially one of the employees, a Black lady, who always makes my visit better.
